The staff at this location today were extremely rude. Total customer service failure. Not what I would expect at this mall. Visit time 6/15/25 approximately 12:00. Either like where you work, or find another job, it’s really that simple.

Mall location but never has chips, never has half of the menu items. It’s never clean. The associates have poor customer service. It’s really a waste of space in the mall. I’m not sure how their corporate office allows them to remain open.

The guy with the tattoos (raul if im correct) on the register was very helpful! I asked him if he could point me in the direction of the store I was looking for and he gave me perfect directions 🤩 So friendly definitely coming back!

Not the best Chipotle location but not the worst. Its location in the North Park mall is convenient but a double edged sword. The high traffic means they run out of items and the staff are not the friendliest. A decent place to go if you need a quick bite but I wouldn’t go out of my way to eat here

I visited Chipotle today and the lady serving my food was very rude, I could hear her complain to her coworker about my order. She didn’t seem happy to be at her job and I briefly heard her say that she didn’t like me. I’ve never seen this lady before but she made me feel very uncomfortable.
