Worse chipotle location, I was there last month and again yesterday. Service is bad, the food is the worse my bowl was extremely watery, the lettuce was more of spring mix than anything (big chunks and spinach) and I got upset stomach after a few bites. And the guacamole was horrible.

The food is chipotle, albeit a worse chipotle. The staff always has an attitude or simply doesn’t care, won’t clean, will take their time and show no urgency, and can’t hear more than one ingredient at once. This is the second time I’ve tried telling them two bowls are the same and I still have to tell them the ingredients for each at each station. It just feels like management doesn’t care how this operation is run.

Out of ice, only served room temp soft drinks. Had to spit out half of my steak because it was grissel. Got sick after eating. No online ordering, had to stand in a long line. I love Chipotle but will steer clear of this one.

Need to grab lunch here today and of course the Food Court's packed at the mall. Chipotle seemed to be the fastest moving line so that's the main reason I came here.I ordered a steak bowl and wanted everything but the guacamole and queso. Instead I only got rice, steak, pinto beans, and corn. That's it. That's ridiculous.Do better. And the portion was like a third of what usually is served at say the location off of Spring Creek and 75.

PLEASE DONT EAT HERE! The food is NEVER fresh, the attitude from the staff is so unnecessary. The young man that assisted me threw my bowl together and I do mean THREW! When he put the rice in the bowl the rice was flying around, and same goes for the beans. The beans flew into the rice; CROSS CONTAMINATION????? I am very disappointed with this chipotle and plan to never eat here again. If you have a choice.. CHOOSE CAVA

They charge you double meat and give you a kid’s size portion. They charge you for guac but give you a tablespoon. Horrible service$25 for a bowl, half full

The rice was way undercooked. Ended up with bad stomach issues next day but the only other food I've eate is with my family. Also eat a ton of texmex and Mexican so it's not just not being use to that kind of food.

Had to repeat several times what I wanted and Josephine was completely tone deaf. After I finally got her attention she decided to keep ignoring. Took everything I had to not walk away. She absolutely needs to be fired as she lacks the most basic customer service skills. I will be disputing this charge as I did not receive what I asked for repeatedly.
