everyone is angry here?? we came at 8:45 and they were closing the store. they didn’t have cheese, cilantro rice, chipotle chicken, chimchuri, like why are you even open?🤣

I go for lunch right at noon and there is no rice, no carne asada, no chicken and of course the only reason I came in was to try the new red chimichurri… and they were out of that too. AT NOON! The whole place was super chaotic even though it wasn’t that busy. Turns out catering orders cleaned the place out. DONT TAKE MORE CATERING ORDERS THAN YOU HANDLE. This a total corporate greed issue of wanting every dollar even if it ruins the experience for the lunchtime crowd and stresses out your staff.

Are the portions getting smaller 😒. The tables weren't clean for us to eat in house. I've never seen that at a Chipotle store before. The food was good, had to ask why my portions of meat was so damn small 🤏🏼. I was even given the 👀 when I asked for extra veggies.

Very rude management and have been twice in a row and they are missing multiple main ingredients like rice and cheese. Waited 10 minutes for them to let me know it’ll be 30 for rice…
I ordered food here and it was ridiculously spicy — way too much when I clearly didn’t want spicy at all. When I asked to switch it for something else, the girl at the counter rudely said they don’t do exchanges. That’s just unacceptable and super frustrating. Definitely not coming back to this store.

The vegan burrito was so delicious and huge. It was made to order, so they added all the ingredients I wanted. Lemonade/ watermelon drink was also delicious. 😁 Thanks for the great service.

Girl that was preparing the bowl was not nice at all and seemed irritated that I asked her opinion on what was the best rice..I had never eaten at Chipotle before and do not like meat and she laughed at me even when I said I didn't want any meat ! Just extremely rude and sarcastic and 21.00 was way overpriced for the 2 bites I ate of the food...wont ever eat at any Chipotle again
