Food was good, servicer on the line way awesome, but the condition of this particular restaurant was poor. No chrispy taco shells for months, say always out. Because there was only one line server, the food line was a mess. Not very inviting. Manager was on their laptop in the lobby while one person cooked, one on the line and one manning the register. Lobby hadn't been cleaned after the lunch crowd and the plasticware was a mess. Out of coke in the soda fountain and they didn't really offer any solutions/options. The rest of the food was tasty and good.

The food was good and so was the service. I ordered my food to go but I was too hungry and ate at the place. The cashier saw that I was eating and she brought a cup of water and gave it to me. That was really sweet of her, I wish I got her name so she can get credit for her fantastic service

Terrible service here all the time . They close at 10 and every time I go by 9:30 which is the time I’m around the area after work they’re already pretty much closed and don’t say anything until you get to the cashier. The employees look at each other all confused and don’t say a word to you. Let me add that everyone always looks at you like your a Hobbo walking into their facility . They need to reconsider thinking about who they hire and specify if they close at 9:45 or 10 pm

Came in this past Saturday; they were making none of the online orders. Finally went to the front and asked how long much longer would I have to wait. Employee rolled her eyes, asked for my name, handed me a bag, and said that next time just go to the checkout to ask for it (only location I’ve gone to where they don’t put them on the shelves). Come home and it’s someone else ordered. Ordered a bowl and got a burrito. Went through customer service since this location is 40-45 from home; all I got was a free drink for food I can’t even eat since it had guacamole.
Came during lunch time and asked to order a quesadilla, there was not a line whatsoever, and the person helping me asked the manager if they "were making quesadillas?" Are you serious?
That's not all, the manager had the audacity to say no. So, I was stuck eating a bowl which the rice was bland and needed salt.
