Cannot recommend. I placed a 3 meal order for pickup. I got home and noticed I was missing the chips and queso. I got on the App chat and they apologized and offered me free chips and queso on my next order. I brought it to their attention that I had already paid for the chips and queso, so they are not free. I asked for a live agent and Irish G tried to help. They said that since my rewards account has already been credited for the queso, there is nothing they can do. The quality at this location has gone down hill and after spending almost 30 min to be not taken care of, I will go somewhere else. Chipotle of today is not remotely close to the Chipotle of the past.
Manager with glasses, skinny so rude, attitude is not it, also saw him flirting with a crew member, and from what i know of that’s not allowed? Don’t know what type of managers they be promoting.

I usually do not like to do bad reviews but this is the third time that I have to wait 20 min for my online order. I did ordered 30 in advance. I saw employees were busy with catering orders so if they do not have enough people to have my order on time, they should do not take it!!!

Out of red hot salsa 40 mins till close and staff was not friendly or charismatic at all. Don't recommend coming here the food didn't look prepared well either.

The first time I moved to Dallas I was super happy to be staying near a chipotle, this was one of the first ones I tried. It was great that first day, and then I went another time and it was completely disgusting. Something wasn't right about the food it tasted spoiled. I couldn't even finish it the bowl because I was completely irritated because chipotle is one of my favorites. So I gave it a break, and then I went to day after waiting about 2-3 months to go again & then today I had hair in my bowl. Literally HAIR. I don't recall seeing the dudes with nets on their head but they definitely need to get it together!
