The workers is moving way to fast. There’s no reason my bowl is literally being thrown together when I’m saying “all the way across” and everything is just being thrown in the middle. I don’t order online cause I like my bowl made a very specific way, I don’t shake my bowl I eat it all the way across. Just slow down and give the costumer what they are asking for. It’s not hard, this is the closest location to my house and I will not be back. I literally have a pile of beans on one side of the bowl I’m starving and irritated. SLOWWW DOWNNNN CHIPOTLE.

Really love Chipote. But this location was very very dirty. Upon arrival, the past were pretty low a d a few empty. I asked the young man if they were going to bring out fresh food. He stated that they just had a Rush and they still had a snoop left. I asked him could they bring out fresh food. He then walker off and brought back the pans and slammed them down. There was another worker who witnesded his behavior and apologized. Then once we went to sit, the entre dining room was dirty. My husband asked if they could clean tables and they asked which one. So this will be oír last time at your establishment.

This was my first Chipotle experience and I was very impressed with the size of the meal and the generous amounts of ingredients like cheese and meat. It was well worth my money and I will definitely be returning. I loved it. It's probably my new favorite place to eat.

Out of veggies, won’t make more, when I asked for steak I was given half a scoop and told more would be extra. I walked out. Unacceptable way to run a food business. Customers will simply take their money elsewhere because this is a consistent issue.

The cashier at night of Feb 3 is very rude . This isn’t the first time either . She was also talking very loudly about myself because I asked her if she was a manager because she wanted me to eat on a unclean table or an easier table for her to clean or keep clean . They also don’t close until 11pm and I was in around 10:15pm . Pre closing is just suppose to start technically. Your not suppose to inconvenience the customer in any way during pre closing .

A relaxed experience!!! Moudo, Dee, and the team who work here are friendly and do a good job with your order! They also let you add as many vegetable toppings as your heart desires! And we got there late but they accommodated us and waited for us to finish before closing up! Praise God!

It was not a good night for this location on Tuesday January 14. The front line was out of white rice, corn, hot salsa, green salsa, and chips. One of the workers went to take the white rice from the back line which started a loud and extended screaming match between two of the workers. Many patrons were walking out and not finishing their order when they found out so many ingredients were not available which led to a lot of waste.

The only good news is that I finally tried the brisket and found it was really good. I can't wait to go back and get more brisket, but will definitely choose a different location.

We went to this location because the place we wanted to go to is closed on Sundays. The service was good. The team looked overwhelmed but still greeted us and made the effort to be friendly. The food preparation and seasoning was consistent with other Chipotle’s. Unfortunately, the other thing that was consistent with other Chipotle’s in Dallas is that the tables in the dining room were dirty. Customers bus their own tables but one thing we can’t do is wipe the table clean. Having stainless steel tabletops with bright lighting shining down on them highlights how dirty the tables actually are. We had to search for a moderately clean table in a mostly empty dining room because most of the tables had everything from cheese and other toppings to layers of dried salsa or sour cream. For a comparison, go into a Raising Cane’s and you’ll experience a clean dining room at any point while they’re open. Whoever runs the Dallas-area Chipotle franchise, is it too much to expect clean tables in your dining rooms?

I've purchased from this location quiet a few times for me and my wife but today I was very displeased I'm not sure what happened today & i dont complain often but when I do I'm very truthful. The service was very rude today. I've never felt this disrespected at a Chipotle my entire life. & The station was very nasty I had to bite my tongue. I wanted to ask if they could clean that. Before fixing my food. This lady pulled lids out the sauce. And just left it on the station. Her station was filthy i saw alot of cross contamination. I skipped several options There's no way! she would be working at my store if it were mines. I started to take a picture and tell the manager but I decided to just leave because they pretend to care but really don't because I'm sure the manager can see the cameras how could this be allowed. I'm good on this location for a while. He'll No👎

Co-worker order for the office on her app. Once she retuned with the food my order was completely wrong steak was under cooked and I asked for light white rice and no rice was giving.
