I purchased 3 chicken bowls tonight with brown rice (12/12/25) at 10:32 pm,I consumed a few bites and the rice was hard crunchy and undercooked,to the host Mr Nevin please ensure your employees cook the rice properly.

There is a black American lady that works there with the nastiest attitude. She becomes visibly annoyed if you ask for anything extra or just a general question. I try not to come to this chipotle, but it is the closest to my job, and I was limited on time today. She should be working at a prison or unloading boxes in the back. Customer service is not her specialty.

This is the nastiest Chipotle I ever seen... I go to the location on Abrams rd and northwest Hwy. And I live in Richardson.. I wanted some chipotle so thought I would stop at this location again and try... Nasty from the door to the counter and tables and floors... The serving table always nasty where they fix the food.. just why?? I told the manager on duty.. Tay. She looked like this how it always look.. you could at least clean the window coming in and the door handles in and out... Food and fingerprints everywhere.. do anyone at this location clean this place... My goodness want come back.. and the chicken you're cooking it to burnt.... Do better.

If I could give this place Zero stars I would I walked in and waited in line and when I was ordering my food I ordered a bowl and a burrito and the guy Jonathan put half a scoop on my burrito and I asked can you please put a bit more and he ignored me and then started telling his coworker I hear them say these people don’t understand and they sounded pissed and this other lady next to me wanted more rice since she wasn’t getting beans and they refused to give her what she asked for and I was very upset with this behavior staff should not be getting mad for customers asking for more we are going to pay for it either way DONT COME HERE STAFF ARE VERY RUDE Zero Stars and the food was cold and the chicken had like skin and mushy parts!
