Excellent Chipotle! It's rare to not be met with a huge huff from employees when mentioning someone with an allergy is going to be ordering.The girl behind the counter never missed a beat. She was super friendly and knew everything she needed to do to accommodate.We appreciate it!

The food was good. The service could've been better. I understand it was lunchtime, but there was a steady flow, not a long line. I was ordering for myself and my husband and felt extremely rushed! I knew what I was getting, but 2 different people were helping, and I didn't want to put the wrong thing on one of our bowls.Then they acted offended when I asked for a receipt. She said it's in the bag and I showed her it wasn't. She rolled her eyes and printed one out.

Took a while to get to me in the back of the line. Its understandable and can be excused but what cant be excused is the dirty dining area and staff having a poor attitude also no one had a name tag. This is by far the worst location and I hate that it’s the closest to my house . The workers are very rude and unprofessional. Something is always broken and not working today I went in drink machine down and lost time you go they are only taking mobile orders. I went in for a mobile order and there were 4 people working the front and no one could go to the back to retrieve my order because they were busy I wait for 10 minuets to recieve my order that was already ready. I will not be visiting this location anymore

The opening manager, is always late. I have been there at 1115 and the doors were locked and they are visibly inside. 10 people were waiting and we finally got in at 1130. He said he opens when he wants because he is the manager. This has happened twice now.

Chipotle provided generously sized portions, and the restaurant offers a tranquil and spacious ambiance. Nonetheless, the lettuce appeared slightly aged, affecting its taste. I suggest paying closer attention to freshness before serving.

Custumer service is bad the girl in the front has an attitude for no reason. She asked me like 3 times to repeat my order and then snapped at me like it was my fault she couldnt hear. Im paying for my food shes not giving it to me for free. If she doesnt like her job she shouldnt be working there

My white rice was hard, surprisingly it had a little more crunch to it than my lettuce. When I received my burrito, the foil was half wrapped so my burrito was open and exposed on the bottom when placed in the bag. Overall the other sides in my burrito were okay. I paid for double steak and hardly bit into any steak. Paid for queso and I didn’t see or taste it either. Not worth $30 for one burrito with the extra’s I paid for.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! THE MANAGER WAS SO NASTY AND SO RUDE! I JUST ASK A SIMPLE QUESTION…I got guacamole on my bowl (but on the side so my bowl wouldn’t be welted/soggy) but was charged for chips and guacamole. So when I seen it I just ask her about it. She was very rude as I tried to explain that I get it this way all the time and never been charged this way!!!! As I was trying to walk away she is still saying things to me provoking a response! So unprofessional!! From the reviews I’ve read and the 3.7 I’m sure this goes on often! Which is sad for people to come spend their money and then the manager ruins the appetite! SHE NEEDS TO GO! I’m sure you business and reviews will be better after! Also ELIZABETH the cashier didn’t make it any better , I asked her for a manager and she proceeds to point at the girl that was just YELLING/PROVOKING me and smiles and as I ask her name she says NOPE I DONT HAVE TO TELL YOU ANYTHING! OMG THIS WAA THE WORST EXPERIENCE IVE HAD ANYWHERE!!!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS CHIPOTLE it the WORST!

I ordered online using their app. I picked up my bag, I got my drink, and then I left.I recommend reviewing what you purchased and your meal before you leave. They got my order wrong. What they gave me tastes pretty good, but it’s not what I ordered or what I wanted.

I placed a catering order to be delivered, and instead of receiving the 10 person order that was paid for, we received 3 individual bowls instead. Clearly an order mix up, but it’s impossible to get in touch with the store to fix the issue. Even support couldn’t get in contact with the store after trying from 20 minutes. Horrible service and will never trust them with our catering needs again.
