Came in at 9 pm. Was told they aren't cooking anymore chicken the rest of the night. I immediately turned around and walked out. Workers proceeded to laugh as I exited. 😂

I just left this specific chipotle and it was very disappointing. I was hoping that this place wouldn't really skim on portions like the rest of them, but I was wrong. I asked for a steak bowl and when i saw the small portion of steak compared to the rice and beans i asked for a little more and the lady said it would be considered a double portion. I said sure without a fuss And as I was seeing her get the second scoop, it was immensely bigger than the first scoop. Is this how Chipotle gets more money out of their customers? Basically, forcing them to get second scoops of their protein But giving you a very small portion the first time ? Very disappointing.

I went to this location and the girl who served my food was not friendly. I asked her a question and she was very snappish towards me. She needs training The date is 11/27/2024. I will not ever grace this location with my presence. They are not friendly.

I believe that Chipotle has seriously suffered after switching managers. Before, I could see that Rice, Beans, and Meat looked fresh. But now, it looks as if they used leftovers from the previous night. Great service and an awesome atmosphere, but the food quality needs to improve. I haven't eaten here since.

They need a better rap for the good work they do. Miguel helped me out today and the staff behind him worked diligently and hooked it up nicely. There was a good proportion of meats and veggies in my burrito. Awesome establishment right here!

My wife just went here and they left a bowl out of our order. She goes back to get it and they refuse to give it to her. The guy who made it was still working, too. Don’t go to this Chipotle.

While this is your average Chipotle, the quality of staff is pretty low. They are often out of ingredients and don’t offer alternatives. You just have to order what ever they have available even at an extra cost. You’re better off going to the Chipotle 5 minutes down the road.

Loud and unprofessional staff. Server was dry and not friendly. Also, the portion sizes were smaller than what they should’ve been for $14.

Very small portions, only filled the bowl half way. The employee was a female with a red birthmark on her face she was very rushed even though the place was empty. I will not come here again, this is not worth 15 dollars.

$17 for a double portion steak bowl that was small even for a single portion. You would think with all the bad publicity at minimal they would teach their employees some manners. Even the guy next in line laughed about the whole situation. Slopping my food in the bowl like it's the prison chow line. I emailed corporate explaining the entire problem and only received a quick "This isn't normal" "We'll talk with staff at that location..." No offer or a discount or anything. Tbh if I take time out my day to leave a bad review on Google it's because it's needed. Thanks for nothing ??

I recently visited this Chipotle, and it was an absolute disappointment. First off, the portion sizes were laughable. I paid for a full meal, not a kid's snack. It's as if they're rationing out their ingredients like it's the Great Depression.

The service was excruciatingly slow. I could have grown the ingredients myself in the time it took for them to put together my order. And to top it off, the staff asked us to repeat our order multiple times. Seriously, how hard is it to remember "beans on the side"?

If I wanted to be treated like an inconvenience, I would have stayed home and made a better meal myself. Chipotle, do better.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! I WALKED IN AND THE GUY MUBLED ILL BE RIGHT WITH YOU…10 MINS LATER I DECIDED TO WALK OUT AS THEY ALL WATCHED ME AND SAID NOTHING (mind you it’s 4 of them and I’m the ONLY one in the store) SO AS I WALK OUT A CAUCASIAN MALE WALKS IN AND THEY TAKE HIS ORDER IMMEDIATELY AS I WATCHED FROM OUTSIDE IN AH (shocked!) oh yea im black and gay…so maybe that had something to do with it…idk! But wow chipotle!! WOW!
