Why would I order food and then have to go home and put it together myself? They put all my quesadilla ingredients as side and melted the cheese in the tortilla......what am I supposed to do with that?? I guess they didn't feel like making it or giving me rice with my meal

Service was TERRIBLE!! The manager had a power trip on my husband for asking for a quesadilla. He ordered it online as he was told to at 8:20. She made him wait 20 more minutes even though he was in the store and just bought a second meal in person. She made him wait because that’s what the “online” ticket said. Horribly rude!!!!!

Chipotle is delicious. Good food. Good service. I got the steak bowl (requested light steak tho) and chips. Steak was cooked perfectly and the serving size was generous enough for me. Glad they offer Tabasco sauce too. It’s the cherry on the top for me.

They should change the closing time of the restaurant to earlier 10:40pm and they don't have most of the food so why do they offer service until 11:pm? And although they don't have food to offer, the employees have an attitude!!!!

I’ve sat here 15 min after my order was supposed to be ready, I’ve seen 7 people served and bowls made, and not one update on my order.
Order in person or prepare to wait 20+ min after the time they tell you.

I went in for a chicken bowl, at 8pm and the staff was playing around. They were outta food and I know they close at 10 but have enough chicken and corn for the night. I left without getting anything. Hopefully things are better next time. I just went to a different location.
Don’t answer the phone, rude staff in person, place is usually pretty filthy. Do not recommend this location. Chipotle really needs to spend some time getting this place updated.

The young lady Abigail— was moving extremely too fast. Didn’t seem to be truly listening or excited to be present at work. It was my first time and last at this location. Definitely didn’t make a good first impression.

I ordered a carnitas bowl for lunch, and I know servers at Chipotle are usually pretty measured with the protein. Well, this one was a new low. When I asked for more, he said it would be a double. It's too bad I did not read the google reviews, cause it seems like this is not the best Chipotle in town.
