This is one of the worst chipotle restaurants in the area. They filled bowl with rice while customer was distracted and when called to rectify the order, response was, oh well… we can’t do anything about it. Will never go back here. They are rude and stingy as hell.

This used to be a good spot to eat, but now it’s not. They barely gave me meat on my burrito, so I asked if they could remake the burrito with more meat, but the rude manager there refused, and I told her I just want a refund then, which I have to do online because I ordered online. In all, this place is not worth the time and energy. I just gave up and put my food in the trash at the store; I didn’t even want to eat it anymore.

Hey guys. I bought a burrito at this location. And here it is much smaller than in other Chipotle stores. Not cool. Plus they put a lot of rice in my burrito and I barely tasted the meat! What is this?! Where is the meat anyway? I paid 12 bucks for rice and beans? This is my last visit to this store.

This used to be one of my go to lunch spots. Not any more. A few weeks ago I went in and ordered a burrito, the rice was extremely salty. Instantly made me feel sick. I asked for them to remake my burrito with different rice and they told me to wait back at the end of the line. I already waited in line I wasn’t going to wait again so I asked for my money back. They refunded the food but not my drink which I didn’t even get to drink. I decided to give them another shot today. They served me the smallest “burrito,” I’ve ever gotten at a chipotle. I asked for my money back and went to a different near by chipotle and ordered the exact same thing. Take a look at my pictures. The small square shaped one is this location and the larger one is the location at Coit and maple shade… 5min away.

Visited this location to get a Kid's Meal for my niece who is loves Chipotle (10/29/31 around 830pm). I felt as if I was bothering to place my order. The girl showed zero desire to help me then told me: I can't give you any salsa for those tacos. Her words: Management does not want us to give "extras" as you might as well get a full bow; WOW. On top, I paid with a $10 bill and she tells me all she have for change is quarters. Then she put a bag if ships inside the bag and waited til I was leaving to inform me that a drink comes with the meal. Chips and NO SALSA at a "Mexican Restaurant". I might as well go get hot dogs without buns. Incredible.

Do not come to the chipotle the proteins size and amount that they put on the orders is at the bare minimum and if you ask about it, they want to charge you double but how can you charge a person double if you’re not even putting any of the items on the food it’s like you have a scoop, but your utilizing the scoop to give half portions of the scoop in size that you’re using .
It’s definitely not worth the $36 that I just spent and in the middle of my order I just felt like canceling and walking out and going to another chipotle where the portions are what they’re supposed to be
Don't even bother. I just left after they tried to give me the smallest burrito known to man and had the audacity to say it's extra for more meat. They literally put a pinch of everything on it. They did the same thing when I ordered on Uber eats this location is trash. Just go to the Coit rd location it's 5 minutes away I just went there and got a proper size burrito and good customer service. That location has a better rating for a reason.

The employee that prepared our meal was very unfriendly bordering on rude. The lady appeared to be a manager, which if so provides poor leadership. We won’t be back, with options for other locations and brands, we’ll move on
