The foos was okay but this place was so filthy dirty when I was there. Trish cans overflowing tortillas on the floor and the dining room was so dirty.

Most certainly not up to Chipotle national standards. Very expensive for overcooked meats. They are also more focused on filling online orders. And even then they mess up those orders regularly.

While asking for one scoop of chicken, I was given a bunch of very thinly shredded pieces. When I asked her to switch it out for whole pieces of chicken, she proceeded to take my whole pieces of chicken out of my already barely filled bowl, leaving the shredded pieces. Doing exactly the opposite of what I asked. they tried to claim it was 4 ounces of chicken already. That was more like 1-2 ounces silly billy. I had her remake my bowl and the rice is insanely undercooked as well. worst location, poor service.

This location has to be the worst by far. The food don't taste good. The service was horrible. The workers were rude and barely put any meat. I had to ask multiple times for a decent amount of meat and the workers caught an attitude. They are incompetent and not to mention the rice was still hard. It was undercooked. Do not come here.

COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL! They crew argued more than they helped, didn't answer questions, AND got our orders completely wrong. Will never come here again, and I advise no one else to either. Save your money. Go to a better Chipotle.

The experience was very bad. I ordered my 45 mins ago for pick up and it was not ready when I reached there. Apparently the staff who was working there was busy talking to some guy so he didn’t made my order and he also took me for a delivery guy just because I am Indian. Racist. Won’t order here again

Cashier was smooth the first cook was ignorant and has bad manners apparently he’s a ā€œmanagerā€ the second cook isn’t any better but atlest she’s calm I don’t appreciate employees rising they voices at paying costumers,the bowl was wrong as explained a simple solution is remaking it and keeping yo thoughts to yourself next time do that. Also the guacamole isn’t appealing nor is a couple things on that line

Awful service. I placed an order online during slow hours and it still was not ready when I arrived 15 minutes later. When the staff eventually realized I had placed an order, no one took responsibility for the mistake and I did not receive an apology. The guy preparing my food moved slowly and showed no sense of urgency, even though the order should have been ready before I walked in. Save your time and money and go somewhere that values its customers. I would give zero stars if that were an option.

My to go food was wrong.
The sticker on my food was labeled correctly on the lid but I got a completely different bowl when I opened it. Ordered Carnitas and black beans w sour cream and no corn, got the vegan meat and pinto w corn and no sour cream.
I feel bad for whoever accidentally got my order, as I assume they don’t eat meat:( Would appreciate if yall double check when you add the lids as I’m sadly trying to eat this bowl and wishing I had my carnitas:,)

Edit: I didn’t have a meeting coming up, didn’t like the incorrect food, and I was really looking forward to the food I ordered so I just went and drove back to get it corrected. They seemed bewildered but gave me a free drink, thanks:) I only drink water so I gave it to a coworker, but it was appreciated.

Precision Detailers

I ordered a couple of sides. The entire thing was opened and spilled all over my car. I briefly explained what happened and the worker abruptly interrupted me and said that I did it and it wasnt possible something like that happened. He refused to offer a replacement. Pretty nasty attitude, very dissappointing.
