The burger had no flavor, but the fries were good. They did mess up my order, and since my sister-in-law was the one who picked it up for us, I can hardly complain, but the burger should have been the best part instead of the fries.
Busy Park Cities location was full of families and toddlers on a Saturday evening, which made for a lively (and loud) environment. Our first impression was that the place was not very clean - booths had rickety tables and sticky plastic tablecloths. The condiment bottles needed wiping, and the floor needed a good mopping. The actual food was just ok. Solid burgers and tots, but the Santa Fe chicken sandwich was hard and overdone, with a pile of greasy onions and soggy bread....
