Experience was great. The staff was very friendly from when they check you in to our waiter. The sushi and stake were delicious, the sides were a little cold for my liking but not a huge deal. Would definitely recommend!

The Akaushi wagyu striploin was tough and inedible. Someone else at the table had the same experience. Everything else was great and the waiter was experienced and professionally friendly. The bartender was kinda snotty and not a good representative. Everyone else was friendly and attentive. We are unlikely to go back.

Disappointing as we booked the restaurant based on Michelin's review. Awkward and frustrating and unfriendly entrance (2 elevators). The dress code is not enforced (tee shirts and hats on men). Elevators and casual dress code would be ok if dining at a fast food restaurant, but Crown Block is expensive and publishes their dress code. Our steak was cooked rare, as we requested, although it did not taste prime. The Brussels sprouts cold. This said, it was a Monday night and maybe the chef was on vacation and it's casual dress night.

My wife and I visited Crown Block for a date night and enjoyed the atmosphere, service and food. We were seated next to the windows, which makes for a great view of Dallas. The ambience is great for a romantic evening, with the exception of being a little loud for our taste. There are no booths or quieter areas due to the round lay out. The service was excellent from start to finish and the food was well presented and delicious. She had the salmon, I had the redfish and both were very good. I will say there are some other fine dining places in Dallas that we've enjoyed a little more, but no negatives about Crown Block.

We had dinner last night at Crown Block in Dallas with my wife and a friend, and once again Shawn took incredible care of us. This was the second time Shawn has been our server, and what truly stood out was that he remembered me from our visit back in August. That personal touch immediately elevated the experience. When a server remembers you, it makes the entire evening feel more intentional and welcoming. Shawn was attentive, professional, and genuinely invested in making sure everything was perfect. The food was excellent, and the service matched it at every level. I told Shawn I would be back and would specifically request him as our server and I absolutely mean it. Experiences like this are what make a great restaurant unforgettable. Highly recommend Crown Block, and if you can, ask for Shawn.

The hostess by the elevator checking us in was rude and overall very unpleasant. She greeted us with an attitude and continued to talk with an attitude making our experience unpleasant. Overall, the experience was not memorable and we will likely not come back.
Great place to go for special occasions. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. Food was great and a lot of variety. We were. Disappointed that the restaurant no longer rotated.

From the moment we arrived on Crown block property it was amazing experience from the Valet to checking in at the host stand for a reservation, going up the elevator to sitting at our table it was My Boyfriend and I got the Caesar salad lobster bisque which was excellent 10 out of 10. We had the filet mignon and lamb chops, which was also exceeding expectations. The meat was so Tinder. You didn't even have to bite it to swallow and we ordered the flight of sides with broccoli, roasted carrots, and mashed potatoes. Although the mashed potatoes were scrumptious we did not care for the carrots or broccoli Overall would definitely come back to this location!

We came here for our anniversary, and although there was no guarantee we requested, and were given a window seat. The service was absolutely amazing, the food was excellent, and the ambience was impeccable. We would definitely come back here in the future!
