We had my son’s birthday party at Chuck E. Cheese, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish! We always come to this location because it’s truly the best, but meeting the manager, Daniel, made it even better. He was not only the manager but also our party host — and he was incredibly attentive, polite, and professional the entire time. Daniel went above and beyond to make sure our party was perfect and that we had everything we needed. I’d give him 10 stars if I could! I can’t even describe how satisfied I am with our experience — Daniel truly deserves recognition for the outstanding job he does.

Huge shout-out to Chuck E. Cheese for having such an amazing manager — he makes this location truly stand out. Highly recommend this place for birthdays and family fun!

We placed 2 orders and were told they could be put on the same buzzer. Only one order came out, when we asked for the additional items, the young man in the kitchen stated “I’m working on party food, I don’t have time for that.” We went to the desk and were given the same response. After spending over $200 today and frequenting this location every Sunday after church for over a year, this will be our last visit. The staff was dismissive at best. I can understand being overwhelmed and understaffed, however, professionalism should not waver in any circumstance.

I love their new pricing. Makes total sense and its totally worth it. Of course Chuck E. Cheese being for the younger kids, caters to them, but the parents have so much available seating to see them from far away, also the food quality seems to have gone up, I enjoyed the Salad Bar! And these days, its pretty clean as far as the facility, not sure about the kids play area, but overall, worth the buck!

It’s a right of passage for any child to come to this place at least once in their lives. Games and play areas have been updated. This place now has a modern day version of the ball pit I played in 30 plus years ago. It’s basically a few trampolines inside an mma style mesh cage accompanied by a short slide. Prepare your kids for battle! No shortage of parents helicopter parenting their kids. Fun place to celebrate your child’s bday. Don’t buy your card at the counter. Skip the line and go to the self serve machine.

Severely understaffed (not necessarily their fault but it doesn't impact your experience): no one available at the prize counter for Atleast 15 minutes, no one scanning codes when leaving ensuring kids are leaving with their group, and chaotic birthday party timing.

Awful, machines, games are dirty. Floor, bathrooms. Too many people and not dedicated staff.

Do not visit here. Food made me and my family sick including my 1 year old. They don’t care about food quality then why does it take so long for the food to come out? And why is it so expensive??? Not worth the price. If u go eat before u come!

Not accommodating don’t really care to help customers. Asked for manager he wasn’t help either. I don’t understand how a manager is not able to accept or override a valid coupon from the location website and honor it before whole payment was processed. I won’t visits this location again for sure.
