Not accommodating don’t really care to help customers. Asked for manager he wasn’t help either. I don’t understand how a manager is not able to accept or override a valid coupon from the location website and honor it before whole payment was processed. I won’t visits this location again for sure.
Attended a birthday party and noticed staff shortages, poor food quality, sticky floors, kids unattended and fighting. When addressed to the employees no action was taken and they seem unbother or concerned. I reported my concerns to guest relations via online. I do not recommend this location.

Went to Chuck E. Cheese for my niece’s birthday, and it was a great experience! The kids had a blast, especially with the new trampolines — such a fun upgrade. The games were clean and working, and the party setup was festive. Staff was super friendly and made everything easy. We’ll definitely be back!

Pizza is too thin & small for the price you pay. No longer able to buy cotton candy with tickets. Having to pay for trampoline & playground is too costly for the amount of time your children play in it.

The staffs here are feeling very entitled and are rude. What they forgot is without customer they can’t be paid so maybe they need more training. The worst of Chuck E. Cheese.
We bought membership and they still required us to pay $15 for trampoline this is typical greediness.
I will not recommend this place for any family.

My daughter loved it. She especially loved the jump area and bounce house inside. It was a lot of fun and not too expensive. Only like 45 for over 2 hours of play time with unlimited games during that time

I’ve been to a few CEC but this one was great. Service was good. Plenty of games. They even have a trampoline jump area and a small jungle gym. Birthday party prices are GREAT compared to lots of other spots too

I would say the front desk staff were nice, but I found the server from the kitchen to be slightly rude. It was our first time visiting, and I wasn't aware that we needed to buy socks for the kids to use the trampoline. While purchasing the socks was not a problem, I felt it was unnecessary for the staff to yell at us through the microphone. I found that disrespectful. The food was fine, and the prices were reasonable, but I don’t think we’ll be returning.
