$30 for a points card with NO mention that the trampoline and play structure are an additional cost. This would be fine except they are both right in the play area with no gate/fence or anything blocking them to show that they are an additional charge. My 2 year old was playing on the trampoline with a bunch of other kids, none wearing a bracelet or socks, when an employee proceeded to go inside and coax her over and grab her and lead her off of it. I was standing right there and at no point did she ask “whose kid is this” so I could be informed of the reason and guide her off. Instead she told me it was booked out for a birthday party and when I went to tell her to not touch other people’s children she ignored me and walked off. We proceeded to play games and on the play structure when a man approached and told me that the play structure was an additional charge as well. It was only my child that was told to leave, not any of the others that weren’t wearing certain socks or wristbands. We left without using our points and I will be contacting the district manager. Touching someone else’s kid without their permission is unacceptable!!!
Celebrated my sons 3rd bday party here. All the kids had a blast. This location has made alot of improvements, definitely recommend. Kuddos to Manager Eric and Host Jackie they did a great job. They were very nice and friendly.
Local fun and great food!! Customer service was great the manager Tremale went above and beyond! A staple in our family summer vacation
I spent 40$ on one pizza that was nasty and cold, 40$ for a points card, “reimbursed” it for a 16$ playground access bracelet, which I never got my change back for, payed another 11$ for ONE salad plate. The employees were rude except two girls who were so helpful and kind, surprisingly the manager wasn’t as welcoming. Playground area was dirty there was chicken wings on the floor and Chuck E. Cheese wasn’t giving us anything except bored and tired. Yall it’s better to go to Peter Piper Pizza or anywhere else

Kids have to pay for socks just to jump on trampoline n play in play area $15 salad bar was missing alot of the salad items..no ranch..no eggs..no croutons...no cottage cheese..it was so ghetto too.. chuck e cheese barely came out for ten mins tops. They wouldn't even let the kids touch him. He wasn't being active as usual.

besides it being pricey, i liked that there wasn’t that much people. Workers were respectful and greeted us. Play area was clean all the games worked
The only thing was that when chuck E came out he wasn’t so enthusiastic interacting with the kids 😂

My first time going in 2018 on Memorial Day with my aunt while she and I hung out, we had us some pizza together and the people there were nice to us. I didn’t know it had alcohol in there though, if I ever come back I need to try the wine there.
I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and friendliness of the staff. I have not been to a Chuck E cheese since I was a kid and they were usually ran down and germ-ridden. I am definitely THAT person who looks for mold and dirtiness, so me saying it was clean is a STATEMENT. I did not feel like I needed to run home and take 20 showers afterwards like some kids places. I don't know if the lady who does the birthday parties is the manager, but she makes the show, a SHOW. I was impressed with her energy and I'm sure if I moved like that I would throw my back out! The staff was friendly and attentive. Both my kids (10 and 1.5) had a blast and we will have to come back!

Great staff very professional, knowledgeable and involved with kids. It's a smaller location so not so crowded. Food was good, and hot.

It's a great place to celebrate my grandson's 2nd birthday! We had the best service, the kids had a blast with trampoline and games, and we ordered more pizza because it tasted great.

Slowest service imaginable for Delivery Drivers. Probably a fun place to take your kids, but they're super slow when it comes to Uber Eats orders. You're better off buying a frozen pizza.
