Church's has been my favorite for many years. On a previous visit, I got the biggest chicken thighs I've ever seen - and they were delicious! This time though, it seemed there was no seasoning in the crust or chicken. My grandchildren and I were disappointed. I'll go back though, since it's usually great.

Bought a 12 piece chicken was terrible no kind of seasoning the chicken was hard the cold slaw was old use to be one of the best will never go there again

Went to buy the 2 piece feast. Sad to say either someone forgot the actual ingredients or it's owned by someone else ,than it's actually owner. Chicken was cold and had no tasteVery disappointed. Please address this issue if need tooThank you

The chicken is always on point. But sometimes they close early or are out of biscuits. The biscuits maaaaatter. The one down the street is my backup, always have them ready and fresh.

Was in Dallas wanted churches chicken tenders small and hard fried was not filled up paid 11 bucks for that NEVER AGAIN

No way no more rude cashier. I waited for nearly 40 minutes for a two piece chicken that was already cooked. And waiting to be served. Seriously and the eating lounge was dirty. And no one was polite as if they are doing me a favor. Hell I should have went somewhere else
Rude as ever I went to this location and the lady was carrying her phone around no gloves on and the cook was back there sneezing I went through the drive through to begin with and they got my order wrong twice..as I went in and asked for a refund due to under cooked chicken strips the lady called me a thief for not paying for fries that she accidentally put in my bag and my daughter ate..I asked for potatoes and gravy to begin with so I told her to eat them since we had to drive all the way back up there and she was hungry!! But calling me a thief was a huge slap in the face!! NEVER WILL I COME HERE AGAIN!! She was mad because she had to refund me!!

I just left there I order two combos mashed potatoes. Gravy I told the lady at the window Martha three times fold up to the window and ask for extra brown gravy for the mashed potatoes then I get to the office no mashed potatoes and I've been calling and calling the 214-946-9634 number nobody answers will not be back to this place

I love GOOD fried chicken & believe me, I was not disappointed. However, I must admit, the bone in chicken pieces were a bit over cooked, but the chicken strips & sides were amazing!

It took 39 minutes to get my food and then it was cold I’ll be calling the health department because somebody can get sick eating from here
