came at this location on Sunday January 12 2025, 7:20 pm. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and when i got home i found that they just put 2 chicken tenders instead of a chicken fillet.

Ay an 8pc 4 biscuit 1medium side isn't a family meal and it shouldn't be $22+ either... that's ridiculous.

I would say get the menu meals but my chicken was dry and underwhelming biscuits weren't buttery golden like usual churches and I was given no fork whatsoever ever for my Mac and cheese side.

A side which was overly cheesy with cheap taste.

Chicken strips were under cooked supposed to be spicy they were not
Ordered corn on the cob - bland as hell, no butter or seasoning - charged 5.99!
Forgot to give me mashed potatoes- had to wait at the window for them to check my order.
I will be requesting a refund - $57 and it wasn’t even eatable.
Fast foods quality has taken a dive - I will be cooking at home.

They weren't even busy. I don't see why barely any of the food wasn't fresh. I ordered a 3 piece meal with fries, mac & cheese, and lemonade for the drink. I spent almost $20 for cold food. I didn't feel like getting outta the car. So I drove around to the drive-thru. I told them that my fries were cold. They guy didn't even ask me what size my fries were. He just automatically assumed that they were small. He handed me a bag with a small fry. I told him no that my fries were large. I had to pull up and wait for the fries. The young lady brought my fries. I don't know why I didn't check my Mac & cheese while she was standing there because by the time I opened up my Mac & cheese. It looks like it's been sitting there all day. It looks like noodles with cottage cheese ??. It literally takes 8 minutes for them to make some fresh Mac & cheese. This is just from me just sitting in the Church's parking lot trying to enjoy my food. I just asked for my money back. I won't be going back to this location again. I thought it was convenient because of the location I was in.

Parking: Westmoreland churches- it was barely any spots because it's a really small parking lot.

I know we are in a country where the English language is spoken.
But there are people who don't speak English...
The cashier said she didn't speak Spanish and I asked her to serve me in Spanish and she said she didn't know, but she understood perfectly well 100% if she was annoyed because I spoke Spanish to her.
His attitude was annoying.
There are many of us Latinos who know how to speak English.
