I was convinced that NO ONE could cook at Church’s in Texas. The first time in 18 yrs this was THEE best Church’s chicken it was fried just right and it actually had crisp all the way around instead of a slick dead spot. Kudos to this staff for making me believe that Churches still got it ?

I should’ve known to not come to this location just by all the negative reviews that are already posted about it.
The first red flag is that I showed up at 9:01 PM and they close at 10 PM , when I go to order they tell me that they only have thighs available and that they wouldn’t be cooking any more chicken for the night. We were ok with that and ordered a 10 piece family meal with two sides and five biscuits. When we get home we realized that the chicken was old and the sides and biscuits were cold.
I called and asked if I could come and get a refund and they told me yes. With my frustration, I forgot the biscuits so when I show up to the restaurant she looks in the bag and checks for everything and said “the chicken looks fine to me.” Also, that she has to charge me for the biscuits since I didn’t bring them back and didn’t try to offer me any resolution.
Stay away from this churches!
