Today 4/8/24, my husband and I went get something to eat after a very long day. We ordered $21 dollars ( chicken fried steak dinner, apple pie and a 3 wings dinner) of food and got to the house just to decover that I was given wings that looked dry and burned. After I through a fit (was very upset), I had my husband to take the food back. Went back to church's (in his work uniform/Police Officer) to be disrespected and talked down to by a manager who refused to tell him her name and stated that she did not know her district manager or the phone number.I have lived in this area my entire life and I have noticed that management has declined.

After having had such great chicken at the Gaston location I decided to try here one night on my way home. It was raining that evening so when I walked in I saw the ceiling was leaking into the store with buckets placed under the leaking water. The young man who took my order was great but by the time I had driven the 10 minutes home my chicken was already lukewarm and the pieces (thighs) were much smaller than I remember from the Gaston location despite ordering the exact same thing. The whole ordeal was disappointing to say the least.

To start, I give this location a zero star, my husband came to order takeout and asked the sarcastic girl if she spoke Spanish and she said yes and my husband started ordering her and suddenly she forgot how to speak Spanish and she She started treating my husband badly and my husband asked her and she answered him rude and then her partner Diego joined her. They were both making fun of my husband, they are ignorant people without education. The two of them should get a job at the zoo cleaning up the animals' poop 02/12/24 at 5:31pm

I went through the drive through to order my food and service was great, food was hot and great I Recommend anybody who likes chicken to go there because they have great food, and this place is very clean.
So typically I don't go to this location, awhile back I ran into really bad service. However tonight I gave it another shot and there was a really respectful and professional young man at the window. The food was great but his service is what is going to make this store my go-to location. 5 ⭐

When you're hungry, and it's late. And everybody wants chicken and you can only cook so fast. Hangry customers and to keep hostility down, feel that keeping the peace was handled very well. any rude remark made towards the store this evening i hope my post is helpful. I think there was a little more to it than the service, so overall My experience was one of the better experiences I have had at that particular store.. foods great! Perfect take out.

I'm ♿️ and I had gotten there just "seconds" before they had unlocked their doors. Once the lady came to the door I was standing at, she unlocked it and "Walked Off"?? she didn't help me in NOR EVEN just 'push the door open some' for me, even though I was using a Rollator chair (a 4 wheel walker that has a seat). And I DID struggle to get in?. Pulling that door open (which was heavy for me) and lift my rollator over that speed bump in the entrance way, while pushing my chair in- WASN'T EASY. She should have been an good employee with good customer service OR just a nice human being and offered "KINDNESS" to another fellow human being, and help me. This is REALLY SAD? that people just don't use the good heart God gave them. But my chicken & fried okra was good..PLEASE REMEMBER TO:Say HI & Always Share Your Smile ?It Costs You Nothing ?But Could Change Someone's Day ?*MY Life's Motto*Wheelchair accessibility: They should Or "NEED TO" remove that speed bump thing in the wheelchair entrance.

They really need to cook chicken fresh instead of hard because some people have false teeth. Some people have partial and sometimes it be hard and dry

I went in for a job in they told me there not hiring cause I wasn't bilingual and away.I feel this company have a discrimination towards black people.
has gotten so much better , fast service better costumer service haven't been here in so long but it has improved ALOT. will be coming more often :)!
