For this to be one of the last legendary churches chicken still standing they forget too much shit. I just went last night and ordered food for my family....paid fifty dollars and the person in the drive thru was so rude I only got one side with my family meal when I paid for three and yet the side wasn't even one of the three I paid for.
The economy is hard enough right now people don't have $50 to come spend to get it messed up. And then I tried to call back....the mailbox is full no calls can go through is very unprofessional. I tried to go back and because the people that's there today wasn't the people there last night I can't be helped....or my problem can't be fixed and I have my receipt? Corporate needs to reach out this is unexceptable. I won't be back spending money until corporate does something. The rudeness here is unbelievable when dealing with the younger crowd. Use to be my favorite.

Manager Victor was extremely rude after I made a complaint about his female employee which he failed to give me her name being extremely rude. Before I was attempting to order my food I had to use the restroom first . The female opened the door with the key invading my privacy. I felt uncomfortable being exposed on the toilet when the employee should have knocked before unlocking the door. The restaurant was nasty and the manager Victor need customer service training.

Customer service was horrible...flies were getting on food, employees were not friendly and seemed disinterested in helping customers, manager was not helpful, employees had dread locks and no hair covers to protect food...just horrible service!

This is by far the best Church’s chicken in the whole Dallas!!! I have been coming here for well over 20 years, basically ever since I was a little kid when my parents use to bring me here! The time that I come is normally around 2pm when the older guy with glasses is working at the window. He always makes sure that your chicken & sides are fresh when you get it and he always mentions deals that they have going on which are very reasonable. My favorite deal is the three chicken pieces with a biscuit for $4.99. I will forever support this establishment as I’m always satisfied every time I visit! Thank you so much for your great service and keep up the good job!!! They could never make me hate Church's! Pictor is the best thing ever happened to this place!! I love him!!!

I ordered a 12pc meal. I’m missing the large fries, and they gave me mashed potatoes with NO GRAVY!!!! And they gave me already cooked/burned okra!!!! Beyond pissed!!?

I have made two visits to this branch and both times have bad service, the cashiers see you arrive and turn over the dishes all wrongly because I should give zero stars but there is no terrible service.
