Customer service sucks, we were given overcooked food and didn't get what we ordered. Out of biscuits. Don't go there run. Mexicans should not cook fried chicken they don't know how to cook it.

Had a horrible experience with a RUDE staff member (Claudia). Ordered a combo & fries were extremely hard and overcooked. I asked the cashier if she would simply make me some more that was not so hard. She stated they are just like that and initially did not want to make me some more. The same cashier (Claudia) was also rude to the prior customer in front of me. We even discussed amongst ourselves how rude she was. I will NEVER return to restaurant # 04835 again!!!

While we were in drive thru we watched as a man walked into the restaurant, payed, and got served his food in less than 3 minutes. We continued to sit in line for another 10 minutes for a drink and chicken sandwich. Only went because popeyes line was too long DONT make that mistake again

Did not get all of my to go order . Too far to go back .very disappointed
I got in at 10:38am due to it saying it opens at 10:00 online . Yet as soon as we ask to order the lady says it doesn't open til 11. Then takes the guy behind us order. He was Mexican and so was the lady taking the order. My partner is black. Once she took the second person behind us order , he went back up and said oh so it's open now. She starts stuttering and makes up saying oh it's because our biscuits won't be ready til five minutes. We never even said we wanted biscuits. I strongly believe she was being racist. Do better with your employees! And this was our first time trying churches chicken. Also the food wasn't even as good as people claim for it to be.

I have been coming here for a very long time. Today the food tasted like we reheated it. Rubbery and chewy, what happened? Very disappointed to spend $30 on 3 meals and to have to throw it all away.

SPEAK ENGLISH. Don't tell me my order is right and get home and it's not. This IS AMERICA...speak English..THE FOOD WAS HORRIBLE. You don't come over here and not speak English and get our benefits for free. I'm so done with this. The food was horrible.
