Today's experience was unbelievable. I ask for 10 mix 3 times to end up getting all dark...lol The young girl at counter told me that they don't carry a 10 mix only dark. When I asked her why wasn't this told to me before the purchase was made........she just stood there with the most horrible expression on her face.....she didn't do a damn thing after this was mention to her. Church's is going down, these tough peep don't even know the difference between white and dark meat....hilarious. you are an employee and don't know.....so sad

I can afford to "eat out" like once a month. Ordered the shrimp and chicken basket. Only thing fresh was the biscuits. The chicken was old and cold. And I'm talking old. Hard as a rock. They don't even take the time to batter the shrimp correctly. They dip the tail in batter and everything. Super lazy and just all around a bad meal. Tried calling several times they don't answer phones. Welcome to America. The new America. This is the new "butterfly shrimp". More like popcorn shrimp. These people working here just don't care at all. The management probably don't care either. It shows.

Excellent service from the staff, I added a Pay at the window and the very friendly person added it, something that other fast chains do not want to do. I wish there were more staff like them everywhere.

I just went and picked up 10pc legs and thighs. Large fries and okra. I think they refried the chicken and the okra. The okra was so burnt and dry I had to throw it away. The chicken was burnt as well. I would have taken it back but I was at home already. I would have preferred them tell me they didn't have okra if they didn't want to make it fresh. Now that I think back the younger lady working there gave the older lady a look and the older lady seem to respond like it's ok. She was probably like you're going to give him that. After I was told I was waiting on okra and fries. I thought oh yeah fresh food but DAMN...DAMN DAMN.
