Church's is my favorite big chain fried chicken, the crunch is the best and they have brown gravy for their potatoes, which is my preference. I was craving Church's, so I grabbed it twice, a couple of weeks apart. First order was piping hot and delicious. Second time was not hot or fresh, but still wasn't bad. It scratched the itch and I'm good for another year. Just like every fast food chain, your paying too much for food that's not great quality, but sometimes the familiarity is worth it.

Hello, my experience was very ugly, I went to eat, I took my food order, they measured the order, we went to sit down, when we were going to eat, the man at the cashier told us that we couldn't eat because in five minutes they sawed and he looked at us very ugly. As if we were delinquents, he practically ran us off, we feel discriminated against. I don't understand at the door it says that they saw at 10:00 and on Google it says the same at 10:00 that staff is not good enough to provide good service. I hope the owners look at this, the employees are very despotic

They said didn't have any legs or wings after taking our money for a 10-piece family meal try to refuse me a refund then gave me a receipt saying they refunded my money and said I would have it back in 24 hours 36 hours now and still no money back in my card

Terrible service from a manager name shahina, I was being polite the minute I pulled up to drive through and I'm half deaf so I understand why people don't understand me but I don't understand why they have to be rude. They don't have employees that know what to do or how to work,so the line piles up.I asked her if my daughter could apply.i told her my daughter would be very helpful which is true. She looked at my daughter saw that she was black and said No with a nasty attitude. They have a huge sign saying they are hiring... clearly need help with people who are willing to work hard but to her the answer was NO! 😅 SERVICE WAS NOT GOOD AT ALL.
