Church's is my favorite big chain fried chicken, the crunch is the best and they have brown gravy for their potatoes, which is my preference. I was craving Church's, so I grabbed it twice, a couple of weeks apart. First order was piping hot and delicious. Second time was not hot or fresh, but still wasn't bad. It scratched the itch and I'm good for another year. Just like every fast food chain, your paying too much for food that's not great quality, but...

The service is usually not so great unless there’s this one lady working the window. But at least the chicken is usually good when I can what I request. But don’t even bother going after 9pm on a weekday. They’re probably not frying anymore chicken so you have to take what they have. And I usually don’t even bother trying anymore. I just go to Popeyes or Golden Chick.

This Churches chickens food is phenomenal. The crew was respectful and patient. The store was clean. My family and I will be back for sure!

Kid-friendliness: Staff was delightful. Entertained my kids while we ordered our dinner.
