My nephew and I were out and about on Christmas day, and this Chuch's happened to be open. The customer service was excellent, the food was good, and the atmosphere was peaceful (despite the fact that the drive-thru was extremely busy!). I have become a Church's fan again because of this.

FOOD POISONING ALERT⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️ I came here on Friday evening before coming into work it was 6pm. After eating my church’s I immediately started feeling bad my stomach started to ache. Came out of work at 10pm went home and went to sleep with my stomach still hurting and aching don’t know what it was. Woke up at 1am with diarrhea and Vomit🤮🤮🤮. I knew it was the chicken by the color of my vomit. Yall better start cooking yalls meat correctly and start washing them hands, we don’t know where yall hands been at, pissing on the gawd damn grease, if you don’t wanna get sick for 3 days straight please don’t choose this place as your meal time.

So I use this app designed to help not waste food. Get a good deal for the end of the night food they will have to toss. Get $18 worth for $6.99 but it's from whatever left, A good cause, a good deal right. I was given 4pcs of dark meat, 2 biscuits and a small side and they definitely had more food leftover. The manager said that's deal he made with the app company is what they gave me. I find that hard to believe since I had to wait until 9:30 at night to pick it up. That to me says a bunch of leftovers and nothing specific. Either way this was not $18 and since it was dark only not even worth the 6.99 end of the day food.

Trying to give this place a second chance but continues being a bad experience. I ordered a corn and was told they would bring my order to my car in 5 minutes. They actually took 15 minutes, and delivered the food cold. Time was above the time I had to wait to be attended at the window. Oh, and i ordered at the speaker and by the time I got to the window, they didn’t know what I ordered.
AVOID if you don’t need to come here. Terrible.

Bought a 5pc for 9.99 wanted 2 more biscuits, the lady at the counter said if I get the 3 biscuits for 429 it’s a much better deal, went with that but upon discovery, I didn’t receive any of the biscuits with the meal from 9.99 to almost 22 dollars after a drink. Not happy ?

Service was extremely slow in spite of them having four people working that day. two older men working the front, a lady cooking the chicken and a guy in the back working the biscuits. I waited 20 plus minutes just for the worker to give me a old dried out wing that I took right back to him after checking my food smh. I will never come to this place again ! service and food sucks !

I went today and ordered for my family. My combo was 1 leg 2 thighs. Two of us had Raw Pink chicken. See video and pics. Missing our fries also. Also the jalapeño bombers were dry with no filling. Practically a shell only. I tried calling the location with no answer. I will contact the code compliance because people may potentially get sick from raw chicken. So disappointing and disgusting

I've come here on multiple occasions since I work in the area. There's ALWAYS a long wait time to order and even longer to receive my food. The posted hours state that they close at 10pm. However, the store is always closed at 9pm, and sometimes even as early as 8:30pm. No one greets customers. And, the service is often terrible and slow.

I came here today got a 3 piece combo and went to the window and she said do u want this or this and im like I want what I ordered she made me reorder and tell her what I wanted so she could ring it up she was very sassy and rude and I disliked that as anyone would because I got my order and I double checked before I left the window and it was only 2 in there so she sees me and I tell her it's only 2 box full open showing 2 she says it's 3 u ordered 3 u got 3 and no I did not so she eventually gave me my third one in a separate bag but there was no need to be rude to me because I pointed out that ur not doing ur job properly and she forgot my ranch if u can't remember orders food service is not ur gig and after I had already told her twice im drinking coke instead of Dr pepper
