I'm an out of towner and had a family of 10 that was very hungry. They were "unable" to do a refund and to call corporate to file a complaint and dispute it. Also to call my bank and dispute it. Originally I gave 5 stars because everything was wonderful but now after my 2nd visit and having the same extraordinary employee "tim" I give 10 stars. CHURCH'S You really need to recognize this man. Don't ignore a good employee. It's not often you see a person this wonderful at a fast food restaurant. He's courteous, polite, and professional. In fact I would like a personal invite to make sure he gets recognized just so I know it really happens. Without a employee like him your chicken doesn't hold as much worth. So glad I got his name this time. Thank you Tim for being so damn Amazing.

This was by far one of the best Church’s I’ve been to. Customer Service Was Spectacular!!!! Food was fresh and although the wait was long, the staff came out to check on me to make sure I was safe.
Man at the window was so rude!!! Specifically on Saturday night. FIRST OF ALL THE GOOGLE MAPS SAYS THEY CLOSE AT 11 and I pulled up at 10pm because I was picking up an Uber eats order and they completely ignored me but when he finally turned around he closed the window on me and turned his back on me. I understand it was closed but it is not my fault they got their times wrong on the internet!!!! I was treated very poorly by this specific employee!!
