We visited this Church's to buy a family meal. We asked the employee if he could please split the order for us because we wanted to give some of the food to another family. The employee's name is Qualan Jones, and according to his name tag, he's the manager. He was very kind and friendly. The restaurant was clean and decorated for Christmas. I don't know if he's a new manager, but I've noticed that the place has improved a lot.

Ms. Alma is an absolute sweetheart and was incredibly kind to me. Any company would be fortunate to benefit from her positive energy and personable attitude. If management is reading this, I truly believe Ms. Alma deserves recognition—whether through a generous holiday bonus or another way of showing appreciation. It’s rare to find someone in fast food with the level of enthusiasm and care that I saw in her for that brief interaction when she took my order and handed me my food.
Overall, the food was good. The only thing I noticed was that the chicken seemed a little greasier than what I’m used to from Church’s.

I went to the Church's Chicken at 606 Hampton road I asked for three-piece mixed so the lady went in the warmer and got me a breast, wing, and a leg which looked dry and when I told her that I would like some fresh chicken the cook told her that she wasn't cooking anymore chicken and so I asked for the supervisor. I think her name is Alma she came out and asked was she the supervised she said she was the assistant supervisor so I let her know what was going on. And I ask her what was wrong with the cook. She had an attitude and she also start cussing in Spanish and I told her I know a little bit of what you're saying so after that she proceeded to go outside to her car and when she came back in she didn't wash her hands, no gloves, no hairnet. When she opened the chicken she didn't wash the chicken off she had flower everywhere it just looked dirty in there so I asked them for my money back because I didn't like the customer service so the assistant manager asked me did I want her to cook me some chicken. I told her yes I'll wait she told her to be like 18 minutes so the original cook she started speaking Spanish and cussing again. My thing is the customer service stink no gloves no hairnets, didn't wash her hands, very unsanitary. The place dirty and wants to give old chicken so I will never shop there again and I used to love me some Church's Chicken

Food was average at best.Just a decent filler. Inside waiting area smell a little funny. Customer service is decent, excusable due to size & fairly busy. The boneless wings are trash. Chicken sandwich & jalapeno cheese bomber hot & fresh are good. All in All a 3-star for me. Cashier was comforting, good job service skill. Even the way she spoke handing me my food. Im big on good hospitality & professionalism.

I enjoy Church’s Chicken when I have a taste for fried chicken. Their fried chicken and chicken tenders have good flavor. The honey butter biscuits are melt in your mouth goodness. Church’s has a wide variety of sides. This is the place to go for a quick chicken box and I recommend Church’s Chicken.
