I wish I could give this place a 5 star rating because the food is very good and service is good as well! The only thing is I came in and ordered two weeks prior and they forgot my side that came with my meal which was okra I called and settled with the manager Monica! She assured I could come in give them my name number and they would give me free okra to compensate how ever when I came in to order for my grandmother again I was told they couldn’t compensate me because the manager wasn’t there so unfortunately my issue won’t be resolved! I can only come this way when I come to see my grandmother so I can’t always just come this way or work around managers schedule I’ll take my loss and just check my bag before leaving from now on

Normally the service here is excellent. Not on Friday March 14 @7:30. The three girls working are not even paying attention to anyone. There needs to be someone to get these kids motivated to do their job. This is pitiful service.

Our 2nd time getting food here over the app. The whole point of ordering from the app from any food place is so that you can pick up food and leave ASAP or have them bring it out to you ASAP. Here at this location you have to go in to get it. The employees are nice but they are a bit soft spoken and there is 1 who kinda rude with his response but still pretty nice. My issue is how slow they are with App orders. Today my dinner should’ve been ready by 7:36pm (placed app order at 7:21p) and instead it was ready by 7:50. It’s the closest Churches Chicken where we reside so we have came to this location twice. There’s another 1 few miles down the road and guess we’ll just try that location to see how they are with app orders.

One of the good places to get fried chicken. Now, there are many artisans chicken places, and some are reasonably priced. As for me, just some flavorful chicken will do. But, due to some health reasons, I don't visit them often anymore. ?
