Cicis Pizza

I’m super upset about the quality of the food, every time I come they have so much pizza. When there is barely any people, letting the food sit there for more than 30-45 minutes. Who knows how long it sits there. So the workers can just stand there and talk to their friends. My 6 year old daughter and her dad went yesterday 12/11/25 around 11am. A couple hours later my daughter stomach is hurting and she’s throwing up. She got food poisoning from the pizza. I’m upset I have to see my daughter throwing up nonstop at night. She would drink water and throw it back up. You need to teach these workers stop over portioning the pizza before other people get sick. Throw away the pizza after 15 minutes or check the temperatures often before your restaurant gets shut down by the health inspector. Stop being lazy just to talk to your friends. If you’re trained you should know about food safety. This isn’t the first time either. Please do better for the children who come to your restaurant people pay good money to eat here.

Not a bad review; just fyi: On a Saturday at 3pm it was so busy there was a line out the door. We decided to go to a different CiCis pizza.

Great customer service from the manager Hugo and the staff. Restaurant is very clean. Food quality was excellent, the brownies were delicious.

When I got to the buffet line they had no pizza. I order a pizza and waited an hour and still did not receive the pizza. ANNNNDDDDDD I WILL NEVER GO AGAIN!

I come to
This location a lot because it is convenient for me but this will be my last time. All
Because of language barriers I understand that my brothers don’t speak English but definitely do not need to have that as the face in front of they are not bilingual and can’t understand what you are saying. I always order a pizza and everytime I have to go through 10 different people until they find somebody who can at least understand English or they always get it wrong everytime due to the language barriers. As well as all the pizza I ordered was not fully cooked and all
The cinnamon rolls were over cooked which I didn’t understand that .

I am a proud mother of two, my experience here was HORRIBLE. They choose quantity over quality which I believe is HORRIBLE, my sons had an unforgiving experience eating at this establishment. If I could give this establishment 0 stars, I would! And oh my God! I saw a ROACH and they acted like it was normal 🤢🤢

Drinks were served quickly.

Very hard working team, busgirl stayed busy cleaning tables, the kitchen staff stayed active either making pizza or putting it out. I can tell they're not used to being complimented or acknowledged for they're good work.

Been going here for a long time. Manager guy is very friendly and talkative.
