We have been there several times. Their salad bar is somewhat better than some locations. Their selections of pizza depends on the time you visit and the number of customers. Sometimes the customers are louder since it's a child friendly atmosphere.

The food itself was pretty good but the drink machine was out of ice almost the whole time I was there, there were more empty pizza trays on the buffet then trays with food items on them. Had to get a drink with no ice and the napkin holders in the back by the soda fountain were empty although I did find some in another spot after looking around. The food was decent (another what you expect for Cicis) but it seemed like they were maybe a little overwhelmed. It was pretty busy and there were a lot of kids in there, very loud (again not uncommon at a Cicis).
Pizza was very fresh and tasty. The mgrs Victor and Carlos are always very attentive to your needs and ask you if you need anything in particular just a great experience

The food and buffet price was great the only reason I’m giving it 4 stars is cause kids were running a mug all over the place it was crazy it ruins the experience for people who want to enjoy there food with peace and quiet not the employees fault mainly blame it on the parents who let little kids barefoot run around and don’t do anything about it if they can’t believe don’t bring them out to eat wss easily annoyed and almost got onto a child for running around

I love cicis, but this location was slow. The pizzas we're dry and I believe they have been sitting under that warmer for quite some time. Me and my family came around noon. There were hardly anyone in there,so I didn't understand how the pizzas would be that dried out. My kids asked me not to bring them back to that one.

The young lady working at the cash register had no energy. She was just dry wasn’t helpful wasn’t professional you could tell she didn’t even wanna be there and it’s sad because people pay good money to come support people stores and they’re trying to figure out why people are going out of business because they have terrible service. She had terrible service. I don’t know what her name was. She was a young girl with a long, dark ponytail But that’s something that will make you not wanna come back here and give them a thumbs down.
