The food was plentiful and delicious. I just wish I had been asked what size drink I wanted before I was automatically charged for the largest one they offered (3 of them).
Parking: Parking is free and easy due to the location.
Hope you don't like varity, because at this cici's they make 4 different pizzas, and don't start making another pizza until the first ones gone. Long wait times to get the same thing over and over.

I decided to try something different for lunch and stopped by CICI. The customer service was excellent, and they made sure fresh pizzas were prepared, understanding everyone's lunchtime constraints. I enjoyed the service I received there. I just wish the tables had been cleaned off a bit more.

Workers here are kind and hard working. Fresh and good at fulfilling requests. While I was here today, I witnessed a customer being rude to one of the employees for zero reason. Just wanted y'all do know it wasn't deserved.

I really enjoyed myself at this c. Cicci's restaurant Joshua made sure that my special request dietary restrictions was met with ease. Excellent customer service, professional from the moment you entered and was very kind to me and my Nana babies. I highly recommend this place as a cool family fun spot. Ive been seeing the 5 dollar tuesdays coupon for a while, but the negative reviews on this place dissuade me. today was tuesday, and it was pretty early during the day, so i decided to try it. since most of the reviews have to do with the busy times and i went at 1 pm when people are at work and kids are in school. so the place was relatively empty. with the coupon it was 5 bucks but after drink and taxes it was 8.50 Here is my review: the place was VERY CLEAN, spotless actually. the restrooms were also clean, and smelled fresh.
the salad bar had fresh salad, with plenty of options although i was sad to not see bacon bits in there. also, i dont remember seeing any soup.
when i got there, the pizza options were limited and they looked like theyve been sitting there for a while, probably bc the place wasnt too busy. but i saw a lady filling a pizza request form, then i filled one , then someone else filled another one.
I was suprised to see that all 3 pizzas were ready super fast. when they served them, people inmediately came to grab pizza, which wasnt an issue but i can see that being an issue when the place is packed.
the pizza wasnt the best pizza ive tasted but it hasnt declined in quality either. you go to cicis for cheap pizza not for the best pizza.
the sodas were also pretty good for a buffet. nowadays most buffets have really watered down sodas, and that wasnt the case here.
overall, i felt like I got my money's worth. I ate until i was completely full. I was so full that i didnt get to eat any desserts.
I would not recommend going on a busy day. that place can fit A TON of people, and that might be the issue that people complaint about, it might get more people than it can handle.
but i do see myself coming back again .

Today I had worst experience of food and it's was dry food and plus I'm loyal customer for Many years and they refuse to make me and my family the pasta we all order all the time when I come in and it's a buffalo chicken pasta and they told and they make it no more. Which I know they can make it because I been coming many years had no issues before and now they don't want make it for me the whole staff was been lazy ?? and need better customer service
This location has been our goto whenever we are in the area.
