Area by drinks and the end of where the food is SMELLS VERY BAD. and one employee guy is more focused on flirting with one of the cooks more than anything. Will never return here because of the smell.

in not sure why i don’t see reviews on how the area of drinks , and pizza smell . restrooms are next to them and always smell super nasty . been here 3-4 times and restrooms smell horrible and the problem it comes out to the little hallway where the drinks and pizzas start . even my ; year notice lol

No star, I want to let that be known. M. Gallegos is the operator at this location. My mom was recently given a big one get one card because of an experience she had at the town east location. We presented the card and he rung up the order. Lol! The total was about 20 dollars with tax. On their website they are running a special 5.99. He knew that, but to get more money out of us he decided to charge us full price for 3 adults. They even tried to charge us for a 2 year old. Lol! What kind of scam are yall running. This is a problem for real. He needs more customer service training.

If ur Hispanic ur stuff will be right but if not they will talk Spanish just to talk about u as if you don't know what their says....(surprise we speak Spanish too)....lol ...had a pizza made it got finished the man ask how many pieces I wanted the whole thing I'm the person who ask for it...then with a stank look on his face said we can't give you the whole thing when they just gave the Hispanic people in front of me the whole thing ..lol I politely grabbed my pizza & walked off....then they start to talk in Spanish & that's when I said you gave it to them now I want what I ordered & they both got quiet & went about they marry way cause Im the right black women to play that shyt with!!!!!

To the corporate office the worker at this location call my phone because of a review I made stating she didn't get my order if she didn't get my order why did you call me twice.
The pizzas didn't have any sauce and I called and ask the Hispanic women to change my sauce she lied and said they didn't have my order on doordash I can't eat tomato sauce so the Dasher end up picking up the pizza right after I had called twice to make sure they knew to change it and she said ok so I'll let them know I'm so upset because she was being lazy and didn't even check to see if my pizza was being prepared because they just had open up the store help me to understand what other cicis pizza is on Buckner so I googled it and it was the right one she need to be wiping tables not answering the phones because she don't care about the customers Date 04/22/2025 Time 10:40am
