This is the worst CiCis Pizza I've ever been to. The place smells like mildew, the game area had roaches crawling everywhere and the manager is careless. This place is out of compliance!

If I could put 0 stars I would Irene or whatever her names is told me I couldn’t request a pizza to my table I had 6 kids with me and when I grabbed pizzas in a plate they told me you’re taking all of them to the table like excuse me smh the worst I will be contacting corporate office as well super dirty and nothing was stocked up no cup lids and fresh pizza

I ordered a specialty pizza twice and it was wrong both times. The pizza was undercooked and the salad in the salad bar needs to be replaced. The sweet tea was basically water.

I ordered cinnamon rolls to go and was literally given slop. I was first going to consider just having them remade but I didn’t understand the point of doing that when whoever made these were comfortable the first time giving me this. I kindly asked for a refund and felt attitude. You can look at this and see it is not appetizing especially when you know what they look like on a regular basis. Unacceptable!!!!!

Horrible customer service , Salad bar disgusting lettuce was brown brought it to the employee attention, He told me that it was out 45 min never changed the lettuce . Came home after a while my stomach started to hurt i throw up i had diarrhea it’s ridiculous i went with 2 other peoples same as well got diarrhea
I love going there it's so nice! The food is awesome even the games!! It's so much fun! The dessert is so good! I love to go with my family there to the staff is super nice!! Service is so good!!

I took my 4 grandkids out for an outing and was overcharged! He charged me for 2 underaged and drinks. I never sd I wanted any drinks. Please check ur receipt!! It's hard to find a good location these days. I definitely won't be back here. Very upset!!!!! My bill was $36.18

Please do not go to this place, everything was badly visited on 06/30/2024, the attention is terrible, the cashier from the entrance, there was an unbearable heat throughout the place, the hallway that goes to the bathroom wet and slippery, they never dried it While I was there, the worst of all was the food, the vegetables in the salads, some in bad condition, rotten, seriously, don't eat in that place, my husband and my son got sick after eating there all night and the whole next day, they had a bad stomach afterwards. Having visited this place, many points to correct, of course I do not recommend it, do not go to this place, I insist
