Okay this is yhe best CiCis pizza establishment. I so love it still original priced. First the team is awesome Alma and Javior are always smiling and helpful. The guy that cleans the tables is so sweet. The presentation of the buffet is clean, and I love that it does not have all crazy food options creating waste. The bathroom is clean, and the floors are not sticky (mesquite location). They also honor the Terms and condions of the app. Thank you so much. I will definitely make sure to patronize your establishment as often as I want pizza 🍕🥰💛💙

We frequent cicis having 5 kids! This is by far the cleanest, most well kept one we have ever been to. Food was made perfectly as needed and ready! The whole store from food area to dining was clean kind and hospitable!

Look first of all revisited this location on June 26th 2025. It was myself, my husband, and my uncle by marriage. We were celebrating my birthday and I feel my birthday dinner got ruined we walk in and first of all the employees claimed that they can't speak and understand English when we asked about where silverware and stuff like that was. How do you not know how to speak English if you're running a business or work in a business? Second of all the pasta was flavorless and bland and disgusting we can't even eat it my husband tried he can't eat it I even tried it was disgusting. Then you have employees trying to close and do other closing duties an hour and a half before closing when they close at 10:00 p.m. and so an hour and a half early and people are still coming in to eat it's like they were trying to run the customers off just so they can hurry and clean up and be walking out the door stem cells at 10:00 p.m. I'm sorry but if you have a 10 p.m. closing time and you should not be walking out that door as in a closing crew till at least 10:45 p.m. 11:00 p.m. or later. Then you have people cleaning around where people are eating which is a health code violation. Then you have the bus boys making the customers bust the tables for them and having them all the plates from the table instead of asking the customers oh hey can I get these dishes for you they just stood around they came around but they stood around and waited for us as a customer to do their job for them. I write about it in about a couple days later I get some email from some random person saying he's associated with CiCi's and I tell him what happened and he's asking me to tell him all what happened and then that was it. Exchange account for emails and then that's where the conversation dropped it seemed like CiCi's was not interested in making the situation right for the customers and they didn't care about the fact that someone's dinner got ruined especially a birthday dinner and it's like the area Management in the Dallas area
Honestly, this was such a refreshing location!! I’ve been a cicis fan since I was little but in recent years they have been less than ideal in multiple ways. This location was so clean, the food was fresh, and they had friendly staff. I will be coming back to this location as long as current staff and management is maintained. 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
