You're regular Cicis Pizza and this one has a drive thru. Ordered a couple of pizzas and wings online and picked up on the drive thru window. Makes it convenient for a weekday dinner meal. Pizzas were ok I wish the crust had been more crispy, wings also a little on the soggy skin side instead of crispy but it was good overall for the price.

Well, just another Cicis I won't visit again. This store, like the one on Northwest Hwy, no longer gives water for free. Another Cicis that treats EVERY customer as if they're thieves instead of confronting the people that actually steal drinks. So far the only store that still gives free water is located on Columbia Ave in Dallas, they're still on the customers side. Hopefully that doesn't change, otherwise I would unfortunately never eat at another Cicis. As for this store on Samuells, you lost a customer today.

The food was raw and burnt at the same time I was eating the cinnamon rolls and bite right in to raw dough I ate the brownies and they were dry and burnt at the bottom the pasta was good the salad was good it was a cool environment and staff seems cool but raw and burnt food is a no the pizza kept coming out fresh which was good but now I feel a little illđ€

I previously left a 5 star review. I have been coming in once a week for 5 months. I will not be back. They charge for water. Cups for water are no longer available.

Arrived at this location @10:15pm for buffets and my son to play at the arcade. Unfortunately for my family and I, none of the pizza on the line was freshly made and when I attempted to order a personalized pizza like the signs displays, I was told that that they werenât making personalized pizza because they wereâ low on doughâ. If that isnât bad enough, there wasnât any desserts out. So not only did I waste my money on 2 adult buffets and 1 kid buffet, but my son was also not allowed to play at the arcade because everything was blocked off by cones before 10:40pm. I spoke with the âmanagerâ Pearla and according to her the arcade and buffet technically closes @ 10:30pm. There are no signs on the door nor window that states this information. This was a complete waste of my time and money.
