We walked in at 8:15 pm and the cashier was NOT friendly at all she seemed bothered and annoyed. We went to get a salad and they were already closing the salad bar you had to ask for the dressing and was given to you in a little cup. There wasn’t a big selection of pizzas so we had to request pizzas they were cleaning and closing off areas around us while we were eating. I’ve been to this location many times and have NEVER experienced this they close at 10 pm not 8:30 or 9. I don’t know if this is something new they’re doing but it is not very welcoming soups were out of their spot and on counter a kid could have spilled it on themselves or touched it and burnt themselves.

A Latina round girl said they were closed 40 minuets before 10 ? And everyone in the back got mad when I walked in. Then when I leave they started eating all the left over food at 9:30pm

First time ever at Cici's. Had moderate expectations as I have had disappointing experiences at Golden Corral and other national chain buffets. This location has a nice selection of pizzas, pasta with sauces, a salad bar, one soup selection and drink refill machine. Really nice large space, super clean, calm atmosphere and well staffed by workers. Looking forward to a return visit. A great deal for the price. Highly recommended.
Ci Ci's used to be one of the best pizza spots next to Chuck E. Cheese. Now they taste processed. Just bland, no flavor at all. My one question is do you all use seasoning anymore? Some kind of flavor is all I ask. Cheese bread was the only thing worth going for. The brownies didn't have a chocolate taste and my daughter said the cinnamon rolls were even nasty.

I ordered a pizza and wen I got it it wasn't right. I informed the young man I gave the order to and he snatched it back and started slamming things on the counter. I told him "Don't get mad at me cause you made it wrong" so another guy came and took the order and wen it came out they were looking at me and grinning. So at this point I will not eat it because I don't know if they did something to it. First time eating here and my last. There was bacon on it and I don't eat pork I'm allergic, I was jus informing him that that could have done some serious damage medically had I ate it without checking. Jus a waste of money. So mad ?
