Me and my wife have been coming to this location for years.My kids where very young now my kids are adults one of my sons patrol that area he's a Dallas police officer. Sorry to say I will not be returning because of the cashier lady at the front .This is the second time she's had a nasty attitude . Her attitude is dry and off putting. I will be spending my money where I'm appreciated !

The pasta was old and the marinara wasn’t really that hot. The cinnamon rolls were raw and you can try to complain all you want but the employees don’t care. The pizza wasn’t really fresh and it explains why the restaurant is so empty.
I hadn't visited a CiCi's Pizza in over 15 years. When we arrived, it looked just as I remembered from my childhood. It’s always nice to revisit places from the past. The restaurant was clean, and the staff was friendly. They even made us a pizza that wasn't available on the buffet. I was really impressed with how tidy the entire food line was, especially considering it’s a buffet.

Horrible place I got Hair on the pizza and the manager didn't give it any importance and the worst thing is that I chewed the pizza and then I felt my hair. It's disgusting in places like that without hygiene and the girls don't have mesh on their heads. It's disgusting to go eat and get hair. in your food terrible place I do not recommend it
