This place is the worst. First, I asked if they could make a fresh batch of wings because every time I get them they are cold. They could have just told me that they can't or won't so that, but instead they made me wait for 15 minutes as if they were making a fresh batch. Then they forget the rest of my order. Then they make me stand around and wait hoping that I was just going to go away instead of actually dealing with my issue. As I waited for the fake wings to cook, I notice that 3 other people had to come back to get the rest of their order because the restaurant forgot to put it in the bag. I really don't know how these guys stay in business. I will definately be going to another KFC that actually cares about their customers.

I just came here for the drinks... the food didn't look very appetizing, or maybe I just wasn't very hungry The only reason why I am giving it five stars is because the waitress gave us great customer service, she kept coming out and asking if the drinks were good and if we needed anything else. She was happy to help us and you could see it, unlike the guy in the front who led us to the patio he just threw our menus on the table and left... without a word... excuse me? But our waitress made up for it!!!!

We stopped in for a late lunch and we are so happy we chose to visit Cinco. The food and drinks were excellent. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We will definitely visit again.

Had Dinner with a friend today and it was delicious. I had chicken and steak fajitas. Our waitress Cynthia was so nice and prompt. She was able to answer all of our questions about the menu and was very pleasant . For dessert we had brownie with ice cream that had a Carmel and Chocolate sauce. Simply devine!!! This establishment should be thankful to have an employee like Cynthia. She was nice and made us feel comfortable. No one else in the place said a word to us. I still enjoyed it and would go back as long as we can have the same Waitress.A bit pricey and I feel that the Fajitas could have offered shredded cheese as one of the toppings as well as sour cream. Either way we enjoyed it .
