Such a lovely spot for breakfast — calm atmosphere, great coffee, and beautifully presented food. I had the smashed avocado with poached eggs, and everything was so fresh. My little boy said they were the fluffiest pancakes with bacon and maple syrup! The full English was delicious with generous portions — Great service and highly recommend!
Went here for the first time today and had a full English large breakfast, I'm not exaggerating when I say it is probably one of the best breakfasts I've had, The poached egg was perfect and it was proper mushrooms, not those button ones you get in a tin.. Staff friendly and efficient too, We will definitely be back..
Staying at a nearby convention hotel, I ventured out for lunch and fresh air. After visting another local place nearby in West End yesterday, I figured I'd try something new. Corner Bakery is a chain, and I opted to give them a try. Not a stand-out experience at all. I walked in at lunchtime to a nearly empty restaurant (should have been my first clue). Ordered my Cafe Greens 'n Grain Salad with chicken, and a bottled water - total came to over $13. I sat down and waited...and...
