The discrimination is horrible. Our group got discriminated due to a person wearing sandals. So we went to change to hills and we’re still not allowed in. We believe it was due to an overweight person in our group, and an older person. We were dressed to impress. Will always tell everyone to never spend your money here!

Staff is rude. Also use the restroom at home because they won’t let you use restrooms after 1:45am. My friend had medical condition and they adamantly refused for her to go to the restrooms. Basically told her to go to hell. Proceed with caution

Paid a lousy DJ $20 to play 1 song, he took the $ and played nothing! Everywhere we sat we were told to move by patrons and STAFF! If you’re not local then DON’T come here!!!

People only come here to pretend they have fun lives. Nobody was having fun or dancing the music was terrible. The bartenders were racist for not serving me and my friend after we waited 30 min for a drink

I had the worst experience at this club. I paid nearly $2,000 for a section with bottles, but we were seated right next to another group. One of the guys from that group claimed to be a part-owner and insisted we move, even though we had paid for our space. He then lied to the staff, saying we were causing a scene, when in reality, it was him being disruptive. If he truly is part-owner, his behavior was completely unprofessional and inappropriate.
To make matters worse, the bottle girls spilled part of a $500+ bottle we ordered and didn’t offer any compensation for their mistake. Additionally, a friend of mine gave bottle girls by the name of “Gigi” $100 and asked for change in dollar bills, but they claimed he never gave them anything, which was simply untrue.
Overall, this was a terrible experience, and I won't be returning. I highly advise caution if you plan to visit.

Unacceptable that a trashy bar can treat patrons like a burden after spending over $175 (each) on entry tickets and nearly $1000 on bottle service, not to mention the amount spent on additional drinks purchased. Incredibly rude staff. Without a doubt the worst bar we have experienced. Will not be returning.
The hostess here are thief’s. My bill was $2038 which included 20% gratuity. Hostess asked to give her additional tip. So ended up giving her additional $50. So my overall gratuity is close to $500 dollars at this point. Which is pretty generous. The hostess changed the $50 additional tip to $500. This place is a scam and I wouldn’t trust them anymore with your credit cards. Stay away. Also seems like from reviews that this is a common practice at this location.

AVOID THIS ESTABLISHMENT.
Was in town for a wedding with friends and met someone in between venues who told us they could get a free bottle and free section at Citizen. So we went in and we were asked what bottle we would like and ordered a bottle of Tito’s. Obviously the bottle was not free, the menu price was $425. After tip my signed receipt total was $630.
A few days after being there the charge was edited to just over $1,100.
This is a shady business using off-duty girls to bring business in and then charge them whatever they want after the fact.
