This club was warned HUNDREDS of times that Santos was under age, days before they were set to host and they continued to let him in and serve him alcoholic beverages while he was there, even after they said they would look into it. They served a minor, while on live, as several more ppl called up there to tell them, again, he is underage and they still didn't stop. Luckily Santos didn't hurt anybody or himself after he left this club but next time ppl might not be so lucky

We came out for the Social Afrobeats & RNB event and listen… it’s a MUST-GO! The vibes were elite music on point, energy unmatched, and the crowd? Nothing but good people and good times.
There’s both indoor and outdoor space, so you can float between the dance floor and a chill lounge vibe. Drinks were decent, not overpriced, and the DJs kept it lit all night.
This is the kind of event you’ll catch me at on the regular no doubt. If you love Afrobeats, RNB, and real grown-folk fun… this is it. 👌🔥

Attended the Habibi-themed party at Citizen and was seriously impressed. The venue was super clean, cool, and well-lit — everything felt upscale and well put together.
The crowd was fun and respectful, and the service was on point all night. Not too crowded, which made it even better to enjoy the music and atmosphere without feeling packed in.
DJ Diamond absolutely crushed it — the blend of Arabic and EDM was unique and energetic. He really knew how to read the room and kept the vibe going from start to finish.

Total scam. Went to Citizen Club the same night, ordered the same drink multiple times, and got charged a different price every time. That’s not a mistake that’s straight-up fraud.
No wonder their feedback is so bad. They’re clearly hoping people are too distracted to notice. Pathetic business practice.
Check your receipt every single time they’re ripping people off and pretending it’s normal. Disgusting.

The discrimination is horrible. Our group got discriminated due to a person wearing sandals. So we went to change to hills and we’re still not allowed in. We believe it was due to an overweight person in our group, and an older person. We were dressed to impress. Will always tell everyone to never spend your money here!
Staff is rude. Also use the restroom at home because they won’t let you use restrooms after 1:45am. My friend had medical condition and they adamantly refused for her to go to the restrooms. Basically told her to go to hell. Proceed with caution

I had the worst experience at this club. I paid nearly $2,000 for a section with bottles, but we were seated right next to another group. One of the guys from that group claimed to be a part-owner and insisted we move, even though we had paid for our space. He then lied to the staff, saying we were causing a scene, when in reality, it was him being disruptive. If he truly is part-owner, his behavior was completely unprofessional and inappropriate.
To make matters worse, the bottle girls spilled part of a $500+ bottle we ordered and didn’t offer any compensation for their mistake. Additionally, a friend of mine gave bottle girls by the name of “Gigi” $100 and asked for change in dollar bills, but they claimed he never gave them anything, which was simply untrue.
Overall, this was a terrible experience, and I won't be returning. I highly advise caution if you plan to visit.
