I ordered through the app, but the staff didn't even welcome me and I think the price was too expensive. The store was clean

Super unprofessional.
I rate this place 5 stars on their juices and smoothies, but 0 stars on their customer service only because half the time I show up, they're either closed or no one's up front.
These pictures were taken at 10:45am (during posted business hours) on Monday, July 8th. I went inside and waited for 10 minutes and no one bothered to come up front to greet me. In fact, if I didn't know any better, I would say this place was closed and just happened to have the door unlocked.
None of the signs were on and there was no indication other than their posted hours and unlocked doors that this place is even open or in business.
I really hate posting this review but I'm doing so in hopes that it leads to meaningful changes. I love this place and remember the days when this place was reliable. I've now visited 3-4 times in the past 2 months and either find that the place is closed, or no one is up front to greet or help customers.
EDIT #1: I put this review together over the course of 5-10 minutes in my car parked right outside the door and still didn't see anyone come to the front. Please change this. I WANT to be a loyal customer, but I need to know that you'll be there and I won't be wasting my time.
EDIT #2: A couple of minutes after posting edit #1, someone else pulled up and went inside. I went inside again and someone was up front ready to help. I ordered a smoothie, which I paid for and took with me but didn't drink after seeing the employee scoop one of the ingredients with his hands and then grabbed a washcloth to clean the countertop while wearing the same gloves. The gloves were already noticeably dirty when he took my order and touched the POS, so I can only assume that he doesn't change gloves as often as he should.

THE SHOP IS CLOSED. The sign on the door says the landlord has the keys, shop is not open.
It's Saturday and only one person working at this establishment with a smile on his face trying to fulfill orders best he can. Do better clean juice! Sandwich was good, a good thing I wasn't in a rush

I think the bad reviews are people who are used to added sugars and processed food. Clean juice offers organic juice and a convenient service. If you order a green bowl or green juice, of course it’s going to taste like earthy fruits and veggies. This is the best place in town to get juice!
I absolutely love the options and foods here. The employees are so nice too. Unfortunately needs more staff, just waited 25 minutes on a pickup order that wasn't started by the poor girl until I arrived.Being overworked also means the quality and quantity of the food ordered is underwhelming.

When they initially opened , good product for price ratio. I understand inflation, but before inflation became a excuse , I've watched them hike the price 2.50 dollars literally over night (pre inflation). Now its almost a 40 percent hike increase for a acai bowl (from when they oroginally opened), with less quantity provided.

The whole experience was mediocre. I ordered a breakfast sandwich and it looks like I made it at home; it had the nerve to be like $15! And they didn’t have any other meat choice except chicken. Very basic food. The juice was decent just overpriced without an experience - cheaper is it to head to Whole Foods and just get a juice from there for $9.
