First time here went in cinco de mayo wknd. Food was really good! Had chile relleno $19 and tried some other food great taste. We waited a long time for our food, waitress took a while to check back with us had to keep calling her. Check it out .

Visited this restaurant for the first time and was very disappointed to say the least. The service was the worst. Waiter took long time to even get out drink order and when they did they took 40 minutes to bring drinks and take order. Food was mediocre at best and overpriced. Then waiter said he couldn't separate our checks for our party. Then he finally agreed to separate orders and he overcharged us and we noticed he gave himself a 30 percent tip. The band playing was only good thing. I do not recommend this place it is the worst restaurant I have visited.
Food was decent but, slow service . We came on a Saturday and there was a handful of people in the store and service was still slow. Overpriced food , $16 for Guacamole and had to tell our server 3 times for the check.Do not recommend.
The food is absolutely amazing ! Full of flavor , beautifully presented, and served in génerous portions. Every dish shows authenticity and a real passion for cooking. On top of that, the service is outstanding: the staff is friendly, attentive, and truly makes you feel at home. If you're looking for a place with excellent food and top-notch service, Cocos is the perfect choice. I'LL definitely be coming back !

We got seated and they forgot about us I had to get up and ask if there was any waitress available so we finally got up to leave and a waitress came up to us and her excuses was no body told her that was her table sad excuses on there part so we walked over to veracruz Cafe way better hospitality

We were out exploring beautiful Oak Cliff, celebrating 15 years of marriage and enjoying some live flamenco. Afterward, we decided to finish the night at the highly recommended Coco Fire & Ice. WOW, WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT. When we arrived, there were two men who appeared to be waiters taking a "break," but no host greeted us or acknowledged our presence. We stood there for about five minutes, expecting someone to at least greet us or let us know if they weren’t serving anyone that night. It felt like we weren’t welcome. We were really looking forward to checking out this place, and according to Google, they close at 11 pm. We arrived at 10:02 pm, but no one made any effort to communicate with us. After waiting without any response, we decided to leave, knowing it was the start of what was likely going to be a very negative experience. Thankfully, Gloria’s always welcomes us with open arms, even when we arrive late, like at 10:20 pm, just before they close at 10:30 pm.
