If you want to get sick you are welcome to, this is the sausage which I bought today, be careful
Do not visit this location if you want a cold brew or iced coffee. Staff is too lazy to make any!

THIS PLACE IS STEALING MONEY. Looking back at my receipts after a business trip, was charged extra between .50 and 1.50 per purchase. Not to mention the food is overpriced cardboard, coffee is undrinkable, and the service is nonverbal. Complete waste of money here, literally.

They close at 11pm, but they stop serving coffee at 10:30pm. Why not close at 1030pm? They spend the last 30 minutes cleaning and offering canned coffee instead. Disappointing because this was not a service or solution-oriented experience.

The workers are kind enough. Coffee is decent, but if you're there for a big conference and there's a long line, it's much quicker to walk 10 minutes to the Omni for food from their coffee shop and then walk back. It took me over 30 minutes to get a breakfast sandwich

Worst iced coffee ever. I had to go back and get another one. The 1st tasted like the cream was spoiled and the guy fixing it looked like he was picking at his face. No manager to talk to. I wouldn't even give a 1 star.
Coffe shop with fresh pastries, bagels, and pizza. Nice selection of drinks, snacks, beer, and wine. I was craving a smoothie, and they do have a selection of Naked juices.

Good coffee/fresh food, RIDICULOUSLY OVERPRICED concessions. I’m talking $5 for a small bag of chips or granola bar. $6.50 for a Naked juice. More expensive than the airport.

Kudos to Lanikka - friendly, helpful, awesome! Made my day!
Nice shop in the Hyatt to grab something quick to eat or some forgotten essentials. A lot of the items are over priced but what you would expect for a market inside a hotel downtown.
Kid-friendliness: Yes kid friendly
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes wheel chair accessible, plenty of floor space to maneuver around.

Cashier was very rude and didn't even ring me up for the items I asked and when I told her what I asked for she was very rude and exhaled deeply and said okay definitely a place you do not want to come ever the hotel is beautiful though but this area zero Stars if possible
Probably the rudest coffee shop I've ever been to in Dallas. 10 out of 10 wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemies, before you even begin to order and have a human connection with the person on register. You can already tell they have snarky attitudes. I even saw them pointing at lots of people dressed up at the con and just laughing at them behind the counter. There coffee is definitely no prize winner, at least they could learn a manner or two. Sad that this is the only place to get coffee in this Hotel, I think I'll just walk 2 plus miles next time and give my business elsewhere.
