Baked potato is extremely small for 15$ way to overpriced

Had been going there for some time and food was fair as well as the prices but on one occasion after I got food sat down and starting eating I noticed there was a food handler that didn't wear gloves and would at times run his fingers through his beard then continue to handle food. After seeing this I lost my appetite and haven't been back since. If you go here keep eye on food handlers!

First time here. This place is not welcoming at all!!! They stare at you until you order. I even mentioned it was my first time and she stared blank in a way it was almost like rushing me to order … Ordered baked potato it was dry cheese didn’t even melt no one ever smiled. Waste of $57.60 !! Only nice person here was the ballon guy. Never again!!! Also, the bathroom smells disgusting like sewer!!!

Love colters. I miss them so much. Anyone raised in Dallas knows they used to be everywhere and now it’s a rarity to find one open. I drove an hour and a half to come experience the colters I knew back then and I was not disappointed. The flavors were there: the staff was kind. My only note if anyone cares, is the sauce was a tad runny - as a cost manager I understand it though. Flavor was still excellent and whenever I’m out this way I will be back.

I was Looking forward to lunch here but it was disappointing. They tried to serve me spoiled chicken, then the second round was just dry and old, beans were spoiled, slaw had no taste. I do not recommend.

Went to this location for the nostalgic feeling. Haven't been to one in years. The atmosphere and service was on point. The poor rating was because of the bbq. I got the 3 meat plate. Sausage, ham, brisket. I went around brunch time. The meat was dry and almost flavorless. I had to drown it in bbq sauce and that itself was meh. I left alot of the meat alone as it left an after taste. The sides were also flavorless. I added salt and pepper to get a better taste but to no avail. I got the mac and cheese and some beans that had meat and green beans covered with some kind of tomato sauce. Flavor just isint there. Its clean and staff is great and visually it looks great but its going be a hard pass for next time.

I’ve gone there many,many times over the years and was never disappointed,today was an absolute disappointment,brisket was very dry,sausage was dry and bland,my favorite side of green beans was not any good and how,how does someone mess up sweet corn.I had one bite from my chocolate cake and I had to leave it behind due to how dry it was,it sucked
