I’ve gone there many,many times over the years and was never disappointed,today was an absolute disappointment,brisket was very dry,sausage was dry and bland,my favorite side of green beans was not any good and how,how does someone mess up sweet corn.I had one bite from my chocolate cake and I had to leave it behind due to how dry it was,it sucked

I want to leave a comment for the simple fact I go there maybe two maybe three times a week and I get that stuff potato peach cobbler, etc. The food is not only excellent but the customer service is something that you don’t see often they serve you in a spirit of excellence. I might add these are young people. I just want to say thank you they are personable, but they are professional. And I’ve also saw them performing a few good will deeds. What I mean by that helping the less fortunate, may God truly bless your business and please do not lose what you have because in this damn time it is very rare.

This restaurant is hot and cold if you dine in you can deal with the problems with your dinner but if you order and either pick it up or have it delivered it's pretty nasty food
I haven’t been to Colters in years.. I now know why. Here we go, smoked turkey, very good. French Fries, hot fresh. Potato salad, good. Sliced Brisket, Horrible! Tasted like it was boiled. Chicken Dry!! Coleslaw, nasty. I spent almost 50 dollars for mess.

I ordered 2 chopped beef sandwiches with okra and received no buns with them. I called and told them so and was told to go back to get the buns. I asked them to redo the order since my food would be cold by then, but the manager said these he wouldn't do it, he would just give me the buns. I said that I live in the other side of Duncanville. The manager said sorry, but I can only give you 2 buns. He did not care that I had to go out of my way to go back. That is not a good service. VERY VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED

I only have one thing to say about this place, "Trash!",I use to eat here all the time,had a taste for a baked potato, got one here,it was dry,meat, not good,dry, ordered onion ring strings, under cooked, I'm sure they're like this because of the location,no pride taken when it comes to the quality of the food,they need to do better, it's ashame to see a place that use to be so good,go down to this.......Trash!!!!
