Fantastic food. Awful service. This could be a home run if the server situation is remedied

Amazing foods in a wonderland ! The place which is inside of the Virgin hotel has a trendy modern decor with colorful Christmas decors that pull you into a fairy tale land. I’ve tried lamb bolognaise & kale salad. Unfortunately they came out together, so pasta got cold & sticky after I finished the salad. The foods were lean, not salty which was a pleasant surprise. Also pasta portion was quite small, only half of the salad. Service was great except brining the salad & main together…

Drinks were average. Food was poor. Do not order steak frites. I ordered my steak rare and it came out obscenely small and well done. Overall not worth dining here. If you wanted to go to a bar and take holiday pictures the decorations were nice. We will not be returning. The hostess was disinterested but our waitress was kind and knowledgeable about the menu.

While the ambience was nice modern and on theme, the food was terrible. We had the chicken and caviar but there was barely any caviar. The drinks were also average. We didn't like the presentation as well. Overall very average place if you are going for the restaurant. There are plenty of good places with similar vibes and a lot better food options and food quality so wouldn't recommend this spot.

I paid $250 (including gratuity and taxes) for a New Year's Eve dinner for two, expecting to dance, only to find out there was no dancing at this party. The four-course meal we selected from the separate menu included gourmet dishes like oysters and clams, none of which I had tried before, and I will not choose them again. The steak wasn't of very good quality either. All-in-all a big disappointment from what I expected. I have eaten better meals at lower prices at the fanciest restaurants in the DFW area.

Had a midafternoon drink and meal at the bar and had a lovely time. The restaurant was very cute and decked out in holiday decor, the drink was delightful and the servers were good. My only complaint is that one of the servers turned on a massive fan in the back of the bar that was somehow pointed directly towards me during my visit, making for a chilly meal. I'll be back in the future and wouldn't expect that to be a normal occurrence.

Nice restaurant with good ambiance but I would recommend the bar for drinks but would not recommend the food. Steak frites was tough and chewy, felt like the steak was of poor quality. Braised short rib was served lukewarm and the sauce tasted burnt/over rendered.

We went for the brunch or a birthday and while the hotel is exquisitely decorated for Christmas the upside down hot chocolate was a bit underwhelming. The boozy hot chocolate was tasty but not very hot. The “sweet and savory” tidbits were muffins and paltry tea sandwiches. Service was friendly but uninformed. For a Virgin property, we expected more. No flair.

Such a pretty bar! I feel like the service could have been more friendly and nice. It wasn’t busy either. There was like no one in there other than a couple other people. The drinks were good though. We spent about $100 on drinks though. Nice but staff not the friendliest but not sure if I would come back.

Caution before dining here: Two of the five people in our group experienced food poisoning the following day. Please use caution when considering this restaurant.

Additionally, we were the first table seated on Christmas Day, yet at least three entrées listed on the Christmas menu were already unavailable.

This was a wonderful experience!! After our first option for Christmas Day lunch fell through, we stopped by Commons Club and were blow away by the superb level of service and hospitality. Everyone we interacted with was so warm and welcoming and the food was incredible! Do yourself a favor and get the burger, it was amazing!

The entrees were cold/ lukewarm. Drinks good and desserts were good. Decorations excellent.

Me and my friend attended their holiday pop up experience and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The drinks and food were delicious. You can tell they put a lot of thought into each dish and drink that they served. I will definitely be back.

The service was slow. The food and drinks were good. It took an extra 20-30 minutes to get the check split correctly and we got kicked out of our table and had to wait in a corner while the waitress tried to get it correct. I was late to my event because paying took so long. I get they needed the table but the only reason we were stuck there was because they couldn't get the check split correctly. No one was trying to help the waitress either. I feel like a manager could've stepped in.

I reserved a table for 3 for Holiday Happy Hour. We were warmly welcomed and seated immediately. The special menus featured very good seasonal cocktails and appetizers, which we all loved - brussels sprouts and the whipped ricotta, peppermint and espresso martinis along with a lovely bubbles cocktail completed our experience. Service was attentive and friendly. It was the perfect cheer!
