I was going to put a 5 star but only because Judith Sanchez is an amazing person she helped me so much. She is very nice she explains everything she takes her time and most all you can tell she loves to help people. But the reason I’m putting a 1 star is because I had a question but she couldn’t help me out because her manager Alejandra Aguilar fired her with explanation at all. The one that should be fired is Alejandra especially when she makes it hard for her employees.

She is such a wonderful , respectful and friendly person and knows exactly how to address to her people. I think is an extremely injustice that she was fired from her job for something that has nothing to do with her person. That is why I’m giving one star. This company should hire more people like her.

After working here a year it was always messy. They fired my because after the elderly last( PF) the receptionist cursed me out and they fired me and allowed her to still work there. And being disrespected by a senior director which is her cousin I had to file a grievance on. Considering the flexibility of the job, it is good that’s probably it they really don’t care about the people as they say they do leave and people in the hallway and not trying to professionally help them in a timely manner is definitely a problem. Also the company being one-sided when it comes to dealing with employees in internal issues in the company and as far as the pay being paid $15 a hour is no money in this recession and inflation that is going on. I also spoke with the CEO. She made it seem like there was no fun when they were constantly throwing family fun day and hiring other employees. This company is definitely doing the bare minimum. They are serving The community barely, however they are not for the people being the fact that I did work at this company, and I was unjustly terminated however, God has something greater for me, but I write this company a one star is forced being a employer. I just feel this is saying that you can be disrespected and then fire at the same time. This company is Jankee and their insurance is poverty level working here you will still be in poverty, 15.33 is below min wage and they know that and they don’t care about their own employees and trust me $500 at Christmas time should be included in the check throughout the year. I gave them a zero star. this place is not a honest place to work. Even if you end up in a situation they will paint a picture as you being the delusional one/agressor. i applied for UNEMPLOYMENT JJ {HR} appealed it causing me to not recieve it anymore after i was termed from the job bc a elderly cursed me out and before hand a senior director and another were talking about my appearance and laughing about it, and they gained up on me fabricating stories about me and they didnt even know me. this is not a honest place to work they will set you up for the fall you can not stick up for yourself or you will be termed the supervior did not have my back even after i was cursed out before and harassed and retaliated on. .. DONOT WORK HERE!!! they dont value they empoyees.

Zero starsI had the most horrible experience with Karen HarrisSome students from my current school advised me to visit her for assistance she was stand offish passive aggressive and filled with all these preconceived biased notions that I was there to intimidate her. It made me feel very racially violated as a black woman. I’m sorry but Because I’m a black woman seeking assistance and asking help I’m threatening or intimidating you, How? Even after I left she began stalking and harassing me through others asking people she knew of my name etc. She seems very delusional and extremely Biased and not in a place to help anyone I’ve called and searched every where for a place or person to report her I wouldn’t recommend her or this institution to help a stray dog let alone an individual especially if your a black woman!!! You might be preconceived as a threat.. I’m praying that miss Karen get her life together because only someone living foul would suspect random people looking for assistance as a threat she seems to get a thrill off of others suffering its sickening.
