Horrible experience through them. I ordered 6 cookies for my mother. I opted to have them delivered and paid their extra $8 for 2-3 day delivery. it didn't get delivered until 7 days later. they didn't even ship it off until 3 days after I ordered. Cookies were delivered mushy. They looked completely raw and almost liquid. Not only un edible, but the cookies I ordered were not the ones sent. No label on cookie package and nothing on the inside. The only thing that said it was from them was the tape on the outside of the box. An absolute mess.

My sister, Crystal, brought us some treats from The Cookie Society. I was able to sample a small piece of salted caramel, peach cobbler, oatmeal raisin, chocolate chip, and banana pudding. They were all very delicious. I especially enjoyed the oatmeal raisin (it's my favorite kind of cookie) and the peach cobbler. Each cookie was soft and chewy; some were filled with ooey, gooey goodness! I will definitely try them again.

I normally come get cookies for the end of the month at work here, and today, Ms Bonnie CRUSHED it— it’s always so great here, and I’ve only had amazing experiences, and as a bonus, these are hands down the best cookies in the city.. TRUST me.

Hello! We love cookie Society! We have been customers for over a year now. Just wanted to get some feedback from our recent pick up at the Addison location on Super Bowl Sunday. The strawberry cookie we got had no strawberry filling! I couldn’t even taste any strawberry.And the salted caramel that we always get was definitely baked differently than normal and was not as good. Hopefully this was just a fluke! The caramel has always been baked into the cookie and not just on top.

Thanks for listening, we will give it another try! Hoping the Baker goes back to the original recipe!!
