CornDog with No Name

This business attended the grand opening of our new park (Kaleidoscope) in Frisco and the customer service was very poor. The individuals that represented the business all sat around like they didn't even want to be there and continued on with conversations with each other ignoring customers. I purchased a funnel cake and when asked for napkins and forks they acted as if I was inconveniencing them. I then asked for an extra paper plate and they told me "no" in a rude way and continued on with their conversation. I do not believe they should be invited to any more events it really took away from the warm welcome that Frisco upholds.

We went by there 30 minutes ago(5:00 on wednesday) and they were closed down no lights no people no signs or notes explaining...nada.

Why say 24 hours when your NOT 24 hours? So silly and such a waste of time!

Time on google says “24 hrs everyday” however when I walked in at 5:30 pm I was told they were closed. Please update the time.

My 1st time coming here, and I am floored! The food was amazing, and if you are ever in Dallas, make sure you try it out!

Not really 1 star but a little concerned. We tried to give your establishment a try today (esp since you offer gluten free & vegetarian options). We got to your location around 5:15 pm on Saturday, walk in ( door was unlocked), and to our surprise the place is completely empty, lights off and an alarm begins to go off. We wait less than a minute since the alarm is ringing loudly. Wait outside to see if anyone approaches. When we still didn’t see any activity, we decided to leave assuming you may have just closed up early. I’m posting because the door was unlocked and having the alarm sound, we just didn’t want to cause concern.

Drove from Denton to the Technology drive location 2 times now. Both times were during listed business hours and both times the door was locked. Messaged through Facebook asking about open hours because Google says it's open 24 hours. No response... sad ?
