Pancakes were the absolute best pancakes I’ve had in years. My bacon and eggs tasted alright, nothing special about them. Good portion and quality for the price. But the pancakes were really the star of the show. Best pancakes I’ve had since being in the DFW area.

Nancy was a joy to work with for our team volleyball lunch meal. The 14 items were delivered on time and labeled with the players names. She sent the invoice via email so it was easy for me to review the orders and pay. The players loved their lunch boxes. We would definitely work with Nancy again. Thank you, Nancy and team, for fueling our team for the Girls Junior National Volleyball Tournament!

Unlike the corner bakery in the state of California, here in Dallas the food was hot, served pancakes and teas were slightly different in taste. Such as 'sweet tea' truly sweet not artificial sweet tea. The friendly welcome was or is not done in California in the city of Pasadena nor in Manhattan Beach Village. Extremely clean as the people would enter the door you hear " Good morning ". We met several law enforcers of the city of Dallas they rode up to the Bakery on motorcycles 4 men and 1 woman looking fit and good-looking in their uniforms. Friendly chatted with us after ordering their selections. This was refreshing how easy police personnel mingled among the citizens.
The food was served and it was exactly what we ordered. Even the waitress asked if we needed anything else. That Southerners' hospitable attitude made us feel welcomed.

Wheelchair accessibility: There was a ramp on the exterior entrance.

I come to this place almost every morning before I make it to my job as a my go to place for breakfast, food is always good but service is one the worst I have anywhere . I first used to come and place my order at the registers but after many times of been ignored at the front counter by numerous of employees who pass by it and see you but avoid any eye contaci or interaction or seen at least five employees on break while only one lady scrambles to take orders make coffee
drinks or refill the coffee stations I opted to place my daliy orders on line just trying to avoid been a bother to the cashiers or managers only to receive the same treatment , It just frustrating to see only one older lady been so attentive and caring and all the other mostly hispanic ladies just glance at customers almost with an non welcoming feeling. this location it's been at the west end for many years and it's just sad to see how the front of the house employees have make this restaurant don't have the heart of customer service.

This place is where your wallet gets emptied faster than your plate. The food is decent, but nowhere near worth the price. Small portions, overpriced drinks, and a bill that makes you question your life choices. Plenty of better options that don’t charge a premium for mediocrity.

On Friday, February 28, 2025, this was my first choice, to eat a hot meal while in downtown Dallas' west end, while visiting for the NCA All Star exhibition. We chose the west end eating establishment franchise because of its location to the sixth floor museum and dealey plaza. I ate a delicious cheesy, Chili Mac with an unsweetened iced tea and a banana muffin for Sunday's breakfast. Both were tasty and fulfilling on an empty stomach. The food and service were excellent!

I want to express special gratitude to the woman who works in this establishment. We had a misunderstanding and they brought me a completely different order. But she took full responsibility and brought me my order and left the one that was mixed up. I am encountering such service for the first time and I am very grateful for this approach. I will come here again
