Barry was nice and attentive. Didn’t wait too long but recommend coming in before 12pm to minimize the wait time.Food is delicious and prepared on the spot.

Had a nice conversation with the manager today. It’s clear that Corner Bakery is back on the upswing. The more frequent rewards are bringing me back and I can tell improvements have been made. Keep it up !

Went for breakfast. Food was very sub-par for the price. Honestly, grocery store baked goods and a glass of Folgers would have been better.

I ordered a potato soup and it was good however I had ordered the bread bowl and when I picked up my order it was only a cup of soup without the bread bowl. It did have a piece of bread, not sure if the menu has changed but I was really hoping for the bowl because I love my soup with the sour dough bread they serve it on. Not sure if I will be back.

If you're not a fan of scrambled eggs for breakfast, don't bother coming. They won't do it any other way.I genuinely believe nothing on the plates is made to order. my family couldn't even finish the food because it was really bland and the pancakes were flat and salty.

this was my first time coming to a corner bakery, and i expected nothing. the idea of corner bakery never interested me before, except today i was dead hungry and had just finished a 3 hour class. walking in, i was surprised to see customers, but the workers were nice, and the overall atmosphere felt homey.i ordered the pick 2 with the meatball panini and cobb salad. i didn't realize till later that the cobb salad was a premium item (oopsie). i ended up using my AARP card for a discount, which felt amazing. i have never put my AARP card to use till now. the sandwich was half a sandwich with a little cup of marinara. it was alright but i like toasted bread. also the salad i got to go along with it was p big. it kinda reminded me of school lunch. the food is not mindblowing but a good choice if you want to eat something cheap.

I went here with my family and was pleased! It was about $15 per person which is a pretty good price because the plates here are massive. The food came out reasonably quickly and the staff were kind and loved to chat. I enjoyed the autumn salad, it was very fresh and the dressing had a bright contrast. Although I can’t recommend any of the fall items that have sweet potato pieces in them, they were a little over seasoned and distracted from other parts of the meal. The mac and cheese was SO good, very rich and cheesy, and the garlic bread they are served with is top tier. Honestly my favorite part of the meal was the maple pecan bar we got for dessert, it was so chewy and sweet but it is definitely a dessert to share. The ambiance of the restaurant was a little off putting, it was very dim inside for being the middle of the day. That said, I had a good time and would maybe come back again.Vegetarian options: There are many pasta and sandwiches that are or could easily be modified to be vegetarian.Parking: The store is in a shopping strip, so even if the parking lot is full, there is plenty of parking around that you will never run out.

Ordered lunch while in group, 30 minutes later still no soup and salad, a person in our came late to our group and still received order before us. Spoke to mgr/lead/supv (never would say) twice who stated it was coming we are very busy (about half full). Also not nearly as busy as other lunch times when almost all chairs filled. On the 3rd asking, when nobody was ordering, they asked to see my receipt and stated we will get it right out. I asked for it go as whole group was finished and leaving. When brought out I asked are you going to comp my meal, response was NO but here is a sticky note for $5 off next time. Why should there be a next time if this is how one is treated????

Went here today to study before school. The gentleman who took my oder brought my food, and was relatively polite. Then about 15 minutes later, he proceeded to say to ANOTHER customer that 'college kids these days', "with their fancy computers and fancy iPads come in saying they are going to study, but all the do is just sit and draw." In an incredibly loud and negative tone. I was mortified, as I was the ONLY college student in there. I heard this from the opposite side of the restaurant, and it caused the few other customers to look right at me. I don't mind if this is his opinion (I'm a video game design major, art is part of the courseload), but to voice it so loud and openly in such a targeted manner, especially to another customer was such an embarrassing and unprofessional thing to be a part of. I don't think I've been this embarrassed since middle school. I won't be coming back here, and I personally recommend any UTD student, especially AHT/ATEC simply steer clear. Tea Latte, Einstein, or even the canes across the way were significantly more friendly and respectful.

My pal with whom I was staying suggested this option for breakfast. The food was good, the coffee was hot and the service was friendly.
