I frequent this wonderful hotel and stop here as necessary when I have to leave early.
Yes, this has always been an easy and generally quick stop. The customer service has never wowed me. Unfortunately I feel compelled to write a review on a truly trifling issue. My order was simple: large iced tea and a little snack cookie. Total: $15. Sadly my large drink came in to small cups. Only then was I informed that they were out of large cups. A’ight…this would be no big deal if I’d been informed when I ordered and I would have passed on the order all together as I needed one hand for my roller suitcase w/backpack on top. The server seems to not care when I explained I could carry 2 drinks to the airport. Yes, I know, this is a first world problem. But this event is reflective of my larger experience with this location.
