Thank you to all the staff and "ERIC"I have know him since he worked in Crowley Cousins. I was a butcher in the Kroger store in Crowley for 32 years. Being a guy who knows his meat cuts, this establishment serves the best meats in Funky Town Fort Worth and Crowley. Give them some love this coming 2026 year. Let's make them the BBQ destination of Texas.

Cousin’s BBQ in Terminal B at DFW is a solid option, especially for airport food. The prices are a little high, but you do get a good amount of food and the overall quality is very good. I ordered the 2-meat plate with both chopped and sliced brisket, along with ranch beans and collard greens. Both sides were excellent and definitely stood out.

The chopped brisket was solid, but the sliced brisket was a bit disappointing. I asked for it “wet,” yet it still came out pretty dry. They did include BBQ sauce, which helped, but it was very thin—more like a dressing than a traditional BBQ sauce.

That said, I’d still come back. It’s better than most airport dining options and a decent stop if you’re craving BBQ while traveling.

Overall very basic with not much flavor. It's an airport so I get it's going to be pricey... But it could at least have some flavor for the price.

$30 for barely-warm brisket. Good flavor, good portion size.

Pretty decent BBQ for an airport! The Texan sweet corn side was better than the actual brisket, though.

Food poisoning…..by the time I got to Abilene I threw up the food. The sweet tea was good. And please stop asking for TIPS. It’s not like your employees are serving up refills of sweet tea to our table. They are handing food to us over the counter that you pay them to prepare.
It’s not our responsibility to supplement your employees paychecks. Service with a smile would be nice too.
TAKE THE MANDATORY REQUEST FOR TIPS OFF YOUR SOFTWARE PLEASE Pretty please!!!!!

Good brisket and corn, high prices like you’d expect in an airport. I could’ve skipped the Mac and cheese and toast.

Some of the most tender brisket tacos I have ever had! I started with one and inhailed it and went right back for another. Really good bbq is hard to find where I live and for this to be open before 7 am in the airport was amazing! Damn good job
