Overpriced, low quality food option in Terminal B at DFW. Even with extra bbq sauce the pulled pork sandwich was inedible. Other reviewers have mentioned how salty the meat is. Wish I had seen those reviews before dining here. Not worth complaining given the staff’s irritation with taking people’s orders 2 hours before the restaurant closes. Guy who took my order was especially rude.

Delicious Texan bbq during my layover: highly recommend the chopped brisket and Mac and cheese. The pulled pork was just okay, but the sweet ranch beans had a nice kick to them.
I would have given this place a five star even if it was a standalone restaurant... The fact that it's in an airport makes it even more impressive! Price was a little bit high... But honestly for what you get... Well worth it!

I fly out of DFW 2 or 3 times per month, but unfortunately it's usually through terminals C or D. Today my flight was switch to Terminal B, so I had the chance to try Cousins BBQ... DANG, they're actually serving real TX BBQ in the airport!!! The brisket and jalapeno sausage were delicious. Potato salad was pretty good too.

When in Texas, you eat BBQ! Had a two meat plate (chopped brisket and German Sausage) with two sides (collared greens and Mac & Cheese), and came with a piece of toast, and a small cup of BBQ sauce.
Service was efficient, not over the top friendly.
Overall i preferred the Sausage over the brisket, and the collared greens were Yummy! Nothing to write home about regarding the Mac & Cheese.
One tiny thing the irked me was that the BBQ sauce was cold, and made everything lukewarm / cold.
Would I go back? I haven’t tried the other places in Terminal B, so the jury is still out.
Overall, after tax and tip, the total cost was $30 with no drink.

Jody was beyond phenomenal and the best hosts I've ever met
