Awesome food! The rolls are really full of lobster meat. Very good service is amazing. The price might seem a little high to some, but for the amount and the quality of the lobster meat. It is well worth it. I’m very sad that you do no longer have a Lubbock Texas truck. But will continue to go to Weatherford for the Dallas truck.

I got better and cheaper lobster rolls on Oahu. That’s not a good sign. (Look up Fat Cheeks Oahu - $23 for a nice sized roll) the extra $5 spent here didn’t feel equitable for the convenience of a traveling truck.
As others have said - portion size was underwhelming, lobster was prepared well, I got the Maine style and there was maybe a tiny smear of mayo.
The worst part was the bisque. It was THICK. Like gloppy thick. And the flavor was almost nonexistent - I couldn’t taste any sherry and there were maybe three small clumps of lobster on top for decor but nothing notable in the bowl I got…
I feel unsatisfied. On one hand I was THRILLED to have a Maine lobster roll and I’m sure it’s the novelty of it for some, but man, I’m disappointed.
