Seems popular, but personally I won’t go back since the place seemed a bit to dirty for me The soda fountain looked like it was moldy around the ice dispenser, the walls, and floor looked like they needed to be scrubbed.

Unless you got a female body part the cashier isn’t very helpful. Not first timer friendly and don’t expect on coming back after the service.
The place is clean the service was fairly fast.
And the food was mediocre. The wings were re-fried again and not cooked to order. Big let down.
The buffalo sauce was bland so you could taste the not cooked to order chicken flavor.
Save your money $15 and spend it at wing stop cuz the quality is better there which speaks volumes

Today we went at lunchtime. Every time I go to Cowboys Chicken I get the original enchiladas w/twice baked potato. The original enchiladas were excellent. The green sauce they put on them is so good I used what's left for the twice baked potato. My wife got the lunch special, she said it was "just okay". Both are pictured.
My wife really likes the variety of non-carbonated drink options. Today she had the cucumber-jalapeno lemonade and really enjoyed it and said it was spicy. These too, are pictured.
Parking is always a little challenging during lunch, there is always a spot, just a lot of traffic in the parking lot. I also dinged the atmosphere in this review because the line to order goes through the dining area and today was all the way to the door. I guess it's the price of success.
Seating was available but very limited. I'm confident a party of four could have found a place to sit, with a little patience, but any parties larger would have most likely have found it challenging. We've been here on weekends for lunch and there has been plenty of space available, I think this is a weekday lunch issue. Tables were cleaned quickly, so they opened up as soon as someone left, and the food was also delivered to the table quickly. Good service.
Parking: Parking is always available, but the parking lot is busy during peak hours.

Like the food and the restaurant was very clean. But the restroom was very nasty not clean. And it was men/ women restroom. Need to be one for men and one for women. Overall the food is good.

Second time ever ordering from this place and they messed up my order. Check your order before leaving and DONT pre-tip because they WILL mess up your order. I will never comeback and I will tell everybody I know to not go here to eat. So glad I didn't pre-tip.

I love this place normally! The side Mac n cheese was halfway filled up. There was no utensils and no condiments given for the pulled brisket. This lady yells your name, turns around and when the customer comes up, doesn't turn to the customer to confirm though laughs and talks to the cooks. While my husband and I waited, this woman was looking for the owner of some card and walked up asking his name without being clear why so he tells her my name as the order us in my name. Without looking at me says no, points at him, and says in a short matter of fact way, "Your name." Then walks off without another word because he wasn't the person. She then approaches another black man to identify him as the owner. SO RUDE!!!!!!!!!!!

Whole rotisserieChicken was a bit dry and under seasoned imo, it wasn't expensive and was pretty small and didn't have a lot of meat on it. Not the worst and by far not the best. I'd rather just grab one up from central market 🤷♀️
i had the chicken breast sandwich (laredo) and it was so good. however the fries portion is ridiculously small and not great at all. but overall they offer good value and quality.

I walked in and it felt like an actual prison. It was prison gourmet food at best. The portions were not fulfilling. We walked out and we became free. We crossed the damn street for this. We should have gon to eat with the homeless.

Been to many chicken establishments. First time at Cowboy Chicken. Nothing like biting into a raw bloody wing. I felt the raw piece of meat in my mouth and immediately spit it out. I showed the staff and they all wowed in disgust and immediately first thing they did was take pictures. Not caring about me and they offered no way to make it better. Some other customers saw and cancelled/changed their orders. I initiated and demanded my refund, but they said it would take 4-6 days to get back on my card. Ridiculous. Then they asked for my name and number so that the general manager can contact me. I then asked for the photo they took, but they didn’t want to give it to me saying that they can e-mail it to me... Excuses. I told them I need my proof because I had a feeling they were just going to sweep it under the rug like it never happened. I asked to speak to the manager multiple times, but they were beating around the bush the entire time saying she was busy. It’s almost as she was scared to come out. While I was standing there furious. The entire staff found it entertaining which was humiliating. As a manager in my own career field as well, thanks for being so poorly attentive to your first time customer who bit into a raw chicken wing. That night I had stomach pains until the following morning which resulted in no sleep. As a better who’s experienced food poisoning a few times in my life, this place has ruined wings for me forever. As a person who’s suffered tremendously this year from health issues, they put my health at risk. This is what happens when you get complacent at your job. Double check and verify. Because if you don’t, this is what happens.

I saw the place while out and decided to try. I’m literally sitting here now and my food is disgusting. I ordered wings and Mac. Wings are hard as bricks I cant even bite them. Mac and cheese is white and watery.
