The rotisserie chicken is good... If you can get any. We have tried this location two times. We took our kids because they have free kids meals on Mondays, which is a great deal. However, both times we have gone, several months apart, we had to wait an extremely long time for food. This most recent time, they were out of rotisserie chicken and said it would be a 45-minute wait. The kids were already hungry, so we stayed and just got different food than we had planned. We had to wait over 20 min even for that food, and had to ask where the rest of it was. It's always pretty chaotic with a ton of people waiting around for to go orders and dirty tables, but maybe we have just caught them at bad times. Anyway we love the food but not them being out of it. Other locations have been much better experiences.

The last two times I've been here there had been a 30-45 minutes wait for their rotisserie chicken. Rotisserie chicken is arguably their main thing. Would not recommend this location. It's tasty though.

Tried Cowboy Chicken and I’m not gonna lie… they did NOT disappoint. The wood-fire rotisserie chicken is the real deal — juicy, flavorful, and you can actually taste that smoky, slow-roasted flavor. The skin had that perfect crisp without being dry underneath.
The sides were just as solid. The cream spinach was creamy without being heavy, and the ranchero beans had a nice little kick to them. The rolls? Soft, buttery, and lowkey addictive.
Service was quick, food came out hot, and everything tasted fresh — not like it’d been sitting around. It’s one of those spots that feels simple but hits every time.
If you want good comfort food that actually fills you up without feeling greasy, this is a go-to. Definitely coming back.

Cowboy Chicken absolutely knocked it out of the park catering Poly-America’s Thanksgiving and Christmas meals! The food was delicious, fresh, and a huge hit with everyone. A special thank you to Courtney, Steve, and Brittany for their outstanding customer service. They were professional, responsive, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was seamless from planning to delivery. Their attention to detail and positive attitudes made the entire experience stress free and enjoyable. We truly appreciate the care and effort put into making our holiday meals such a success. Highly recommend Cowboy Chicken for any catering needs!

This guy say he the manager and I’m asking him do they have an order and he immediately start talking crazy saying I gotta wait and to move down dat way. and when I go to pickup area him and other guy just turn they back like is u serious. Like if u don’t wanna work don’t come. Then He wanna get rude because im asking about my pick up order and told me im not special. Like what kind of manager act like this. My order literally sitting on shelf and he want me to just wait til he feel like getting it is crazy. Talking bout he busy and u can’t reach over and hand me my order sitting right there in your face.

Placed a to go order for my clinic staff working tomorrow 12/25 so they can enjoy a Christmas meal together while on shift, to only find out they were closed and didn’t get the order.
I placed the order at 10:44 AM with email confirmation, but closing supervisor D.C. copped an attitude telling me they didn’t get order till 4:44 PM when I have confirmation of the order in the morning. He said they had “hundreds” of orders and just didn’t get “around “ to mine without any notice of the order not going to be made on time or in this case at all.
I asked for the store manager’s name and he gave the name and when asked for the last name his response was, “you’ll just have to find out when you call Friday.” Terrible choice of supervisor in my personal and professional opinion.

Food was good but took a while to get it! There were boxes piled up near the restroom which made it look cluttered

Delicious fall off the bone chicken and homemade sides. One of my favorite places for lunch. I prefer this location close to work. They run smoothly.
