The server was not helpful at all. Very short with answers. When asked for silverware was told to get up and get it ourselves.
Also, green beans tasted terrible. They were not cooked. I ended up getting food poisoning about 20 minutes after leaving. I threw up all the food.
I do not recommend this place.

First time visiting this location. It was very clean and well maintained. The customer service was great and the food was served super fast. The cashier who helped us was very kind. First impressions of the food is it hot, fresh, and made with quality ingredients. Great food presentation. 10/10 would try again.

I recently visited Cowboy Chicken hoping for a quick, satisfying meal, but unfortunately, my experience was underwhelming. While the food was decent and flavorful, the portion sizes left a lot to be desired. The chicken pieces were surprisingly small, and the sides felt more like samples than proper servings. For the price I paid, I expected something more substantial.
To make matters worse, the cost of the meal didn’t match the value. Spending 20$ with drinks] for such modest portions felt unreasonable, especially compared to other fast-food options offering more generous servings for the same price or less. And the register guy called everyone my friend!! Cowboy chicken is banned for a lifetime!

My lady always orders from here and I always get there cobb salad with Xtra blue cheese dressing...I really enjoyed my bowl it was full and presentable looking and I destroyed it within 10 mins im always impressed by this salad because it always fills me up...

Been here many times but on Friday, we waited almost 30 minutes for our food and had to get it to go instead. They gave us a voucher for an entree for each meal we ordered, 3. My time is worth more than a voucher. I went up to the counter to inquire 4 times. After the third, they gave us the voucher. The excuse was that we did a special order, 2 thighs and a leg for the three piece. They should have given us an alternative equivalent to or better if it was expected to take that long. If they have chicken on hand, an able body, a knife and cutting board, they should have been able to deliver in a timely manner. Each time I approached the counter, I was told it would come out soon and they are working on it. I asked a gentleman if he was the manager and he rudely said that they comped our order! Comp is when your entire order was refunded or gift card is equal to, which it is not! They had a catering order was the excuse. Never going back to this location. Untrained employees and unprofessional manager gives this location an unacceptable service ratting.
